Hi Troy, I have tried safari and Chrome, cleared cache's etc nothing works!

@Zoe Hyams

Do you have Jotform Enterprise?

About the Jotform Integration

  • Admin/owner permissions:
    Sub-user accounts can run into permissions errors with fetching data and it may be necessary to get access to the main account.
    European users will need to select "Yes" when asked "Do you use European Datacentres?" while connecting their accounts.
  • Paid/versioned account:
    Free Jotform accounts are limited to 1,000 API requests per day.
    Paid JotForm accounts are limited to 10,000 API requests per day.
    For branded accounts (i.e. yourcompanyname.jotform.com), use the Jotform Enterprise app.

Setting up the Jotform Integration

The first thing you'll need to do to get started with hooking up Jotform with Zapier and hundreds of other services is to add your Jotform Account to Zapier. Click to add a Jotform account in your Zap.

Next you will give your new Account a name or label, which is just a handy name for you to recognize within Zapier. It doesn't matter what you name it.

You should then get a pop-up window from Jotform asking you to log-in and allow the connection between that Jotform account and Zapier.

After logging in and clicking the green button to allow the connection, you'll get sent back to your zap where you now have your Jotform account connected!

Hi Troy, We have Gold membership, I have followed all the steps and still getting this…

@Zoe Hyams

What settings did you select for these?

I have tried both! I have also gone into the settings taken away the European data option as one thread told me to do that!

@Zoe Hyams

Try refreshing the Zap after connecting the Jotform account.

Try connecting Jotform to Zapier on a different device.

Hi Troy,

Yes I have closed everything, re started, logged in on different browsers and different computers! What ever I do I can get past the “auth” thing.

I had the same issue, and it was frustratingly simple fix. Enable your form, this is different from publishing it, as you are not yet making it publicly accessible. Jotform forms are disable by default, which makes them invisible to third-party apps and integrations.

Once it’s active, you can do three things:

  • Allow Zapier to “see” the form through your connection,
  • Create test submissions,
  • Use specific form field entries as triggers for your actions.

Be sure to re-test your connection, then you should be able to see your newly active form listed as a choice on the Trigger tab.

Hi @Topher,

Thank you for sharing the fix! We appreciate it, and it will definitely help other Community members who encounter a similar issue.
