I have two similar products in Kajabi. Each product is a different price point. Whenever I set up my Zaps, I’m unable to connect it specific to each product. My payment processor is Stripe. It seems as though when a product is purchased, it should grant access to the specific product, however, it isn’t. The result is that my Zaps are executing based on a general action for all products. Can someone help share advice on how to make my Zap more specific to each individual product in Kajabi. Thank you for your help in advance.

I’m trying to create a zap that creates Wave invoice whenever a new order in Shopify is created. However, I don’t see any way to add shipping line or Processing fees. This is important to us since we want customer to pay the invoice via Wave and be automatically exported from Shopify to Wave.

Hi, I was looking to connect my Shopify to my Livestorm account. I wanted a registration to be triggered in Livestorm each time one of my clients purchased on of my trainings on Shopify. However, I offer main different trainings. I want the registration to be added to the right training on Livestorm, depending on the product that they bought in Shopify. I was editing a zap to add functionality. The old Zap had 10 steps. After publishing the newer version. I lost 6 steps in the process, Please make reverting to an older version possible if these things can happen without error messages.If only by being able to delete the latest version, so it reverts automatically to the version published before last.
Use-Case: I have a connection to a google sheet, each new entry creates a row in google sheet with an integer, a specific ID I want to convert the ID with a vlookup in Google sheets to a stringHow I tried to do it: I created an additional empty field in zapier in the Google Sheet I have a vlookup in the last column for converting the integer into a stringProblem: In the Google sheet the field that is empty in the Zapier-Mapping gets shown as #NV. Any new row coming in from zapier gets added below the last #NV. The vlookup gets ignored
So, I have the following flow and encountered an issue:(1) Clients enter information in TypeForm.(2) TypeForm feeds Google Sheets new row with information.(3) This triggers Zapier to do the following:(4) Create an Invoice w/ CloudLayer(5) Send an email w/ the invoice and additional information from the GSheet. The issue / question:I am sending the email using MailTrack - with the intention of knowing if the recipient received the email, opened it, clicked etc.,I don’t know how to do that, and if it can be done - MailTrack allows me to track, by it’s definition (otherwise I could have sent via Gmail) - but where and how do I see the MailTrack information on that sent email? can I feed that information to a GSheet? I know now if this is an API question, if I need to do some webhooks - all sorts of topics I know little about and was really hoping to solve with no to little code. Thanks everyone in advance Dori
Hi all,My first post here!I’m running into a bit of an issue with attached images for the ‘’push to zapier’’ feature within Slack. I’m trying to build a workflow which is automatically generates an Instagram story based on an article URL in Slack. Now before I used an RSS scraper to scrape the image URL, but due to our image compressor the quality of image is too low to use for portrait stories.What I want to do now is that our team can drop an image/video in Slack, which then will be used as an input for our content generator. The ‘’Push to Zapier’’ function seems to be the only way, as the file first need to be made publicly available by clicking on generate external link within slack before the Zap is triggered.Now here is why I run into a problem. While drafting the workflow I can only use the one test message which is provided by Zapier. Unfortunately, this message does not (seem) to include a (public) file and therefore does not include a public file permalink in the output data.

Hello, i use Google contacts with sendinblue. Now i have the problem, that the phonenumer is in sendinblue a TEXT-Field. In my Zap the phonenumber is a number field. So my question is. How can i change the format from number to TEXT-Field in Zapier?Thank you.
I currently have a Zap that pulls data from LearnUpon and sends it to our CRM Clarity Soft - we have a GET step to pull over the custom data from LU. I added a new custom field in LearnUpon and it has not populated. I’ve reconnected our connection several times and attempted to refresh the fields in each step but I’m getting an error that says the data cannot be retrieved which is weird because the Zap is currently working just fine.
Hi. We have Formidable Forms integrated with Zapier. Two new fields were recently added to an existing form/Zap. I went in to add those new fields to the Set Up Action step and they do not appear. I’ve tried with the field name, the ID number, I looked through “Show All Options” and the fields don’t appear. I am new to this whole system, having zero IT background and stepping in for a colleague who left the company. Any help you can provide to a complete novice will be appreciated.Thank you.
We are using Zapier for Cloud calling service where phone number and date of call get updated in google spread sheet at the bottom when we receive call on board line.Problem: when same customer is calling again then number don’t get updated because we implemented duplicate filter in zapier.Expected Solution : We want a system where existing row should move to the bottom or date column should get updated there only.If you have better idea plz suggest.
I am opting to use Calendly for creating appointments with my clients because of the availability features in it versus Square appointments. But I use Square for everything else. I have been trying to set up a an automation for 1) Create a customer and 2) Create an appointment based on the Invitee Information from Calendly. I am almost done with the zap but it is tripping me up at the very end. I included a screenshot. I am getting an error as you can see below. Just not sure how to get this thing to work.
Hi Community!I’ve been dealing with a automation for a few days now, without any luck…I want Zapier to import data from an app, to Zapier one day each month.Then I want Zapier to delete all rows in a certain table in my app.As i understand, I’ll have to use the pre-made json script, fra my app, to complete this task.The problem is that the standard script provided by my app, only allow Zapier to delete one row at a time, because it only contain one mutation.I want to duplicate the mutation, based on the current amount of rows in the table.Each mutation need to contain the row ID, I imported from my app when the automation was triggered.Can anyone help me out?Please check attached pictures, for more info:
