Syncing Pipedrive filters with Google Sheets for real-time updates

Hi, I would like to have a Zap between Pipedrive and Sheets. I have a filter in PD, as soon as a new record matches the filter, not only a new row should it be added, but I would like to update the entire sheet. The reason is that records can also disappear in the filter. Is that possible?

So if I understand correctly, you want the spreadsheet to match what is in PD. And aside from adding rows for new records, you also need to delete rows if those records are removed from PD. Is that correct?

I looked at the triggers available for PD so I imagine you’re using the one for “Person matching filter”?

If so, you may need to change it to “Person Updated”, and hopefully you can use whatever fields are passed into zapier to set up a Paths step.

Ideally, you’d need one path for adding a row to the spreadsheet, and another path for looking up and removing a row.

This isn’t necessarily a difficult Zap to set up, but it really depends on what fields are available from the trigger. If the necessary fields don’t come in from any of the available triggers, you may have to look into webhooks, and integrating with the Pipedrive API.
