It is possible with a combination of these apps:
- Zapier Tables - Find Records
- Formatter > Utilities > Line Items to Text
- Code - Python (custom logic)
- Files by Zapier - File from Text

Yes to a degree. Bit of a work around, and doesn't give perfect output, but yes works okay.
