Hello. I am interested in the following. I need a service that will automatically respond to private messages, comments, mentions, hashtags on social networks such as Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube using AI. What can you offer and maybe what service can be integrated with to achieve the goal? So that it is convenient to communicate and there is an opportunity to do autoposting? Something like sproutsocial, or maybe it is possible to integrate with it? As an example of how AI works, I am satisfied with the work of a service such as https://help.such.chat/, since you can provide it with information within which it gives answers, but unfortunately it only works in Telegram. I am also looking for the ability to automatically like private messages, comments, mentions, hashtags on social networks such as Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube. I am looking for someone who will help or is willing to pay if a person is willing to set it up himself.

Zapier taking extremely long to trigger new or updated spreadsheet row trigger when a trigger column is updated. Sometimes 7 minutes, sometimes 20. sometimes 5. its extremely unpredictable. Is there a way to trigger on demand? the tablers feature doesnt allow the character limit i need so that wont work. is make.com my only option?

Has anyone by chance done a side-by-side benchmark comparison of using sub zaps vs. HTTP request & Webhook method for invoking modular workflow?  My understanding is that there is a performance hit for doing it via the HTTP request method but has anyone quantified that? Are we talking 5%...200%? I can see some advantages for sticking with the HTTP request / Webhook as the interface and actually wrote up a tutorial over the weekend demonstrating a useful development tactic I call “chokepoints” using Postman/Pipedream under this method. I’m curious though how big (if any) the performance penalty would be for using HTTP req vs. sub zaps at scale. Are there any other heuristics for when the sub zaps approach would be more favorable other than perhaps readability in the editor for less-technical folks? I saw the limitations section of this KB article indicating that sub zaps must process one and only one return so that would seem to constrain what you can do within a sub zap. TIA

I’m migrating to ClickFunnels, so I need to create all my zaps again. I was with ThriveCart before. One of my products is a subscription and I need to receive all the date to prepare the shipping and the invoices, so I need to send that info to Google Sheets and to Holded. My issue is that when I run the trigger “Subscription invoice paid”, I don’t get any data from the customer (nor ID, nor email, nor name, nothing). Attached you’ll find the data I got when I run that test. The config is pretty simple:   Can somebody help me with that? Thanks a lot

Hello,I am creating an integration for my company to offer our functionality natively on Zapier. When configuring a webhook trigger I am given the option to configure an Unsubscribe API which I assume is for when a user stops using the trigger. This is great and can help us keep our webhooks clean. Our Webhook deletion API requires the ID of the webhook to be deleted/removed/unsubscribed from. How do I make reference to the ID of the webhook that is returned from the ‘Subscribe’ request in the ‘Ubsubscribe’ request?I see I have access to a `{{bundle.subscribeData}}` batch of variables, but I don’t see any explanation of them or their contents anywhere. I’m also curious about their state between requests.

Hi!I have been in the process of creating a zap using Webhooks and Karbon API. The goal of the zap is to trigger when a certain work item is completed and then open another specific work item within that same client. The issue I am having is that this zap triggers when any work item is updated, created or deleted.Does anyone have any ideas on how to only make this only trigger when a work item with a specific template name is completed instead of triggering anytime any work item is updated, created or deleted?I am looking for ideas other than filters. Filters work, however, with how often we are updating, creating, or deleting work items, all of our tasks will be used quite quickly. Thank you!

Hi, I just recently started using Zapier and created my first Zap to post a message in a Teams Channel anytime a new conversation is started in Intercom. Now, what I want is to be able to reply to the message posted in Teams and have that appear through Intercom as well. How can I make that happen? So far everything I’ve tried hasn’t worked. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

We have a WPForm with a repeater control. When a form is submitted, the email (from WPForms) shows the values entered (in this example, math clubs), so the data is being entered and saved correctly:Repeater data comes through correctly in emailHowever, when the form is processed by the standard WPForms zap connector, the repeater data is missing:No repeater dataSince this is evident during a test pull, it looks as though the connector is not properly reading the WPForms entry.Any ideas?

I have created an event subscription that listen for when new entities are added to a tearsheet in Bullhorn. When I test the setup test data flows in and I am able to use the data but I am not able to publish my zap. I have the Zap turned on but when I add a entity to a tearsheet the zap does not trigger. Anyone know what I am doing wrong?Bullhorn documentation: https://bullhorn.github.io/rest-api-docs/#eventsHere is my Perform List code:const options = {  url: 'https://rest{swimlane#}.bullhornstaffing.com/rest-services/{corptoken}/event/subscription/tearsheetSub_2024?maxEvents=100',  method: 'GET',  headers: {    'Accept': 'application/json',  },  params: {    'BhRestToken': bundle.authData.BhRestToken  },  removeMissingValuesFrom: {    'body': false,    'params': false  },};return z.request(options)  .then((response) => {    let results;    try {      results = response.json;    } catch (e) {      throw new Error('Failed to parse JSON response');    }    if (!results) {      // No

Do other people agree? To me, it seems like Zapier removed the “New Halted Task” trigger without a substitute. Their suggestion is to replace it with custom error handling. What’s the result there? Are we supposed to add error handling to every step in every workflow? I don’t see another way to replicate the trigger. Being able to tap into all errors globally should be the standard. Anyone else feeling the same way?

My Zapier doesnt seem to connect properly with hubspot. I have updated the custom field groups and it is not updated them and now not pulling the right fields across.

Hello! I really hope someone can help me with this, I’ve talked to 3 agents and no one has been able to help me.  My 2 platforms connected are Zoho CRM and Text Request. This is how my CRM works: We have 3 touch points to nurture leads and we change them by lead status, this can be “Contacted 1”, “Contacted 2” and/or “Contacted 3”, which just means that that person has been contacted 1-2-3 times. We usually send a text manually to make the contact point but I want this to be automated with Zapier, so what I would like to do is that every time this lead status section is changed to it’s next “Contacted” (for example from Contacted 1 > Contacted 2) for an automatic message to go out. I already did this and it worked perfectly, the problem is that I added it as a “New lead/Updated lead” and every time something else in my CRM is updated, like the person’s name or a date,  it sends out another text and so on. How can I filter this to only trigger once? Not every time something is update

Why is the "updated contact" trigger in MS D365 CRM Zap connector is activating for fields other than the specified triggering point fields? We performed a bulk update of the category field for contact records in D365 CRM. However, we noticed that the Zap triggered for all the updated records, which is not supposed to happen because we have configured triggers only for updates to the "email" and "next renewal date" fields.

Hello everyone,I am working on integrating my app with Zapier using REST hooks. I have successfully implemented both the subscribe and unsubscribe functionalities. However, I’m encountering an issue with posting data to the target URL that I received from the subscribe endpoint on Zapier. Here’s a brief overview of what I’ve done so far:Subscription: Successfully subscribed and obtained the target URL from the response. Posting Data: Attempted to post data from my app to the target URL provided.Despite following these steps, the data posting does not seem to be working as expected. Could you please help me troubleshoot this issue? Here are some specifics that might help:The target URL received from the subscribe response. The data format I’m posting. Any error messages or response codes I’ve received.Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.Thank you!  In notificationConfig.zapierWebhooks.callLog, I am retrieving the stored targetUrl that I received from the s

When creating a custom card in Cardly.net you upload an image of certain specifications detailed by Cardly. There’s information about this in the API specifications. I don’t see this in any trigger in Zapier .  There is a requirement specified that when providing media for the front side of the card you have to either upload it to your business account in advance and provide the media ID or you send it through their API. I don’t see how this information is presented in any of the Cardly app zapier integration triggers, can somebody assist me and understanding how this works? Thank you!

Hello everyone,We are considering building an zapier integration(cli) and i’m currently building a demo app,but i’m stuck with the following problem:Our app uses API-KEY authentication and REST Hook trigger, but i when i send some data to the trigger via the webhookURL i want to extract a specific header from that  request which i can in the trigger: const perform = async (z, bundle) => {#how can i fetch here my desired http-header and parse it to the creates module ? bundle.rawRequest.headers[‘Http-My-Header’]return [bundle.rawRequest];}; but i don’t know how to parse that value to the creates section so that i can send back to my server ? Since its not a user input field i would like to avoid using the input fields for that .Thanks .

Hi everyone, I’m facing an issue with my Zapier integration, and I hope someone here can help me out. I have a WordPress site that uses WPML (WordPress Multilingual Plugin) to manage multilingual content. I’ve set up a Zap in Zapier to trigger actions whenever a new blog post is published. The Zap works perfectly for English blog posts, but it’s not triggering for Greek or German blog posts. Has anyone experienced a similar issue or have any suggestions on what might be going wrong? Thanks in advance for your help!

Hey all, I’ve built out invoicing in Airtable and I use Zapier for some of the more complex automations. For our invoicing, the recipient can take one of three actions (i.e. trigger 1+ zaps) on a given Airtable record. The actions result in an updated invoice which is automatically emailed to them.We don’t expect the recipient to take these actions at the speed of light, but we wanted to test these actions as if we were in a hurry and to see if Airtable and Zapier would ‘keep up.’ They didn’t - usually it catches one or more of the changes but not all of them, and the last invoice received by the customer is incorrect.  IS IT POSSIBLE to delay a zap if other zaps are processing the same record? What are suggestions to navigate around this? THANK YOU!

Hello, I am building a private app aiming to:poll a google sheet’s row adding; get specified column data on the new row; upon the above trigger, obtain OAuth 2.0 authentication to an Adobe cloud-service; post API request to that Adobe service with some data copied from the google sheet’s new row.I am building private integration app becaues Zapier Webhook does not support OAuth 2.0 authentication. I can setup the OAuth 2.0 part in my private app. Would anyone advise me how to setup the google sheet polling part? Many Thanks.

I have set up my rest hook trigger API configuration, the challenge i am having is, after creating a zap and testing, a hook url is created in my apps database, but after publishing the zap it creates a new hook url, rendering the formal one useless, and unsubscribe url only works for published zap, what kind of parameter should i use to differentiate published zap hook url from unpublished zap.

Hi, feels like a stupid question but here it is. When does my robot run, must I press the robot run task?I have integrated with Zapier and when I build from the Browser AI site I get the trigger namned "Executed Task in Browse AI".When I build frpm Zapier its namned "Execute Task in Browse AI".Almost the same but there is a difference of course. I can´t do Executed task... after another trigger. Executed task... gives me the best result for some reason. What I whant to build is that every thursday morning every week it will get the data from Bowser AI and use it to eventually send a mejl.  Thanks!

Hello, I am creating a zap catching Linear issue updates and logging them into a Notion table. Unfortunately, in the Linear event trigger and later in recording the event, I don’t see who triggered it. I can see only the issue creator and assignee but not who did the change.  My use case is that I need to log ticket Rejection status changes made by certain people. What else I can do to get the full information about the event?Ideas are welcome.

How can I make an API request to my endpoint with the polled data that triggered the trigger?I am building my Zapier app, and I need to update candidate progress after a trigger has successfully run, so I trying to send the candidate data that was polled to an endpoint point on my backend to update the candidate’s progress. Please help!
