Why is the "updated contact" trigger in MS D365 CRM Zap connector is activating for fields other than the specified triggering point fields?

 

We performed a bulk update of the category field for contact records in D365 CRM. However, we noticed that the Zap triggered for all the updated records, which is not supposed to happen because we have configured triggers only for updates to the "email" and "next renewal date" fields.
