Problem # 1I am trying to add different options for product variations in WooCommerce, the data is coming from PipeDrive and going towards WooCommerce to create new products. scenario # 1Unexpectedly after testing the zap and checking the response received, looks like it splits data based on space, but then merge the last word of one option with the first word of next option as shown in the image below. is there any solution for this problem. It simply should not split words. Scenario # 2Zapier splits data differently in this way.Response received Problem # 2is there a way to set different prices and SKUs for product variations? from the UI and available fields on Zapier, looks like it is not possible currently. Please let me know if there is any workaround for this issue.
I offer dropshipping services and we get all our customers orders via shipstation. We have stores for all our customers and right now we are looking for an elegant way to get those orders and create invoices inside QB online for each customer store. One thing to note is that our customers call their products different names, however they all correspond to a few items that we have set up in QB. If anybody knows how to set up a zap so that the information from each shipped order in shipstation translates to an invoice with the proper products in QB please let me know. I’m considering having all my customers use the same SKU’s to reference our QB product SKU but not sure if that will work either. Any help is greatly appreciated.Jason
I. have two paths to sort by channel but the paid conditional doesnt work see screen shot. The organic conditional works fine with the same setup. Do I need to go back to where the data channel pulls from and fix or check the labeling?

I have a Zap setup to tigger if a Pipedrive deal is updated, and if that deal is in a certain stage in Pipedrive. From there it would send an automated SMS with Kixie. However, the SMS is sending multiple times, like every 10 seconds. Any ideas what’s going wrong here? Is there a way to limit this to 1 and if completed not continue?
I keep getting an error message that "The deal id was not provided." There is no filed for a “deal ID” where does it go and how do I find out that the deal ID is?
Mailchimp needs me to add a subscriber email field from Google forms in setting up the Zap. However there is none visible in the options given in the Zap… despite I clearly have email in Google form. Is there something I am missing here? A workaround? thank you, Andrew
I'm using Zapier to automate Hubspot actions. I’m trying to remove a contact from a List A, when this same contact is added to a List B. For some reason, when I’m asked to choose a specific contact list, it displays just one (even though I have 6 lists on my account). This happens not only when I try to remove, but when I want to trigger any action at all (such as adding a new contact). Have this happened to any of you before?
Is anyone using Company Cam to manage photos/projects and integrating with Asana for tasks? Or other photo apps for project management integrating with Asana? Currently trying to set up triggers in the photo software (Company Cam) that are associated with Project numbers and how to get these to flow through to Asana to create tasks under the same corresponding project numbers in Asana.
We need to look for a hubspot contact. The requirement is as long as the field contains a certain text then we will take that contact. E.g. the value is “All Stations to Central” but we just need to match the “Central” bit. Having tested "Find Contact in HubSpot" many times, it seems to only do and exact match the value. This doesn’t fit our need and I am not sure what can I do the achieve this. Can someone please help?

Is it possible to update the same line (Google Sheets) that I created using a card in Trello, while work with my card between the phases of the process? Hi everyone, I am new to Zapier and I am running into a problem. The issue is that I need to create a pdf file from only the decoded base64 bytes, but the decoded bytes are too large for Zapier. Is there another way to create a file from the encoded or decoded bytes on another service (maybe google drive) and then send the download link back to my Zap. Thanks, Nick
If i set up a zap of detection on new file on google drive then uploading youtube ; is this considered as a single step zap so the feature is available in the free tier. Does the uploads on youtube retain proper filename or does this go to unknown?

Hi, I’ve just connected Google Sheets to Microsoft Outlook so that when I add a new client to a row in my Google Sheets spreadsheet, the client will receive an automated welcome email. When I tested the Zap, the email recieved on the client side looks like the image attached, which won’t inspire confidence with our clients. How can I change this so that the email just appears to ccome from our own domain (inspire-alpine.com)? Many thanks, Ricky
Hi there, I’ve created a zap that sends an email notification through Gmail every time a new record appears in a view in my Airtable. I’ve done a couple of test to make sure it works and I’ve noticed that I do not always receive a notification for all the new records added in a specific view. I’ve set the record to appear in a specific view for a few minutes only and then it disappears (this is just for the test). Could it be the reason why the notifications does not always work? In order to send out the notification, does Zapier need enough time to process the new information before it disappears from the view in Airtable? Any insight would be extremely helpful! Like, it will only show up once another button was clicked or when a preceding dropdown's value was matched? Also, to disable a dynamic dropdown unless the preceding dropdown was filled up already?

I am probably missing something very obvious here but any help would be greatly appreciated, as I have been trying for hours. I have a billing statement that uploads to Google Sheets, from there I have it create a 2nd worksheet and under that is where it sums up certain line items to use in QuickBooks invoices. For example, 2nd Worksheet would have headers such as “Shipping” “Services” “Returns” and under those would be the sum of the total charges of all the rows that had those columns (for type of charge) in Worksheet 1. Now when I try to create an invoice in QuickBooks Online it says Line Item support and shows line items but it only lets me select 1 line item. Am I missing something? I have tried using formatter to create line items, I tried using Get Many Rows in the Google Sheets actions to output line items, etc. But I can’t figure out how to properly use them in the QuickBooks Zap to make it actually break the line items out properly on the Invoice. It either break
Please someone help! Multiple Products Same order Mailparser/Google Sheets to ShipStation All of our orders have multiple products on every order but cannot figure out how to make it zap multiple rows and/or items.
I would think that it would be a pretty straight forward task, looking to put a zap in place to have a mailchimp subscriber with a tag have access to a free product within woocommerce - have attempted to set it up so that tagged subscriber - create new order within woocommerce yet getting error Zapier had trouble retrieving custom fields from WooCommerce.Where am I going wrong, any help much appreciated. Have already purchased the woocommerce zapier plugin for wordpress.
