Line Update on Google Sheets

Dear Team Zapier,

 

I would like a help regarding the integration between Trello and Google Sheets. Is it possible to update the same line (Google Sheets) that I created using a card in Trello, while work with my card between the phases of the process? In other words, the same line from the beginning of the end to the process just updating the information.

Sure it's entirely possible, just have a column to keep track of row separately.
And use lookup in Zapier.
