Google forms to Mailchimp Subscriber isse

Mailchimp needs me to add a subscriber email field from Google forms in setting up the Zap.

However there is none visible in the options given in the Zap…

despite I clearly have  email in Google form.

Is there something I am missing here?

A workaround?
