I offer dropshipping services and we get all our customers orders via shipstation. We have stores for all our customers and right now we are looking for an elegant way to get those orders and create invoices inside QB online for each customer store.
One thing to note is that our customers call their products different names, however they all correspond to a few items that we have set up in QB.
If anybody knows how to set up a zap so that the information from each shipped order in shipstation translates to an invoice with the proper products in QB please let me know. I’m considering having all my customers use the same SKU’s to reference our QB product SKU but not sure if that will work either.
