I am trying to set up a ZAP to connect Toggl to Google Sheets. Does anyone have a guide on this? Already in setting up the trigger I’m getting stuck. I can’t choose a task or tag and so far unable to figure out why.
Use-Case: I have a connection to a google sheet, each new entry creates a row in google sheet with an integer, a specific ID I want to convert the ID with a vlookup in Google sheets to a stringHow I tried to do it: I created an additional empty field in zapier in the Google Sheet I have a vlookup in the last column for converting the integer into a stringProblem: In the Google sheet the field that is empty in the Zapier-Mapping gets shown as #NV. Any new row coming in from zapier gets added below the last #NV. The vlookup gets ignored

So, I have the following flow and encountered an issue:(1) Clients enter information in TypeForm.(2) TypeForm feeds Google Sheets new row with information.(3) This triggers Zapier to do the following:(4) Create an Invoice w/ CloudLayer(5) Send an email w/ the invoice and additional information from the GSheet. The issue / question:I am sending the email using MailTrack - with the intention of knowing if the recipient received the email, opened it, clicked etc.,I don’t know how to do that, and if it can be done - MailTrack allows me to track, by it’s definition (otherwise I could have sent via Gmail) - but where and how do I see the MailTrack information on that sent email? can I feed that information to a GSheet? I know now if this is an API question, if I need to do some webhooks - all sorts of topics I know little about and was really hoping to solve with no to little code. Thanks everyone in advance Dori

I am opting to use Calendly for creating appointments with my clients because of the availability features in it versus Square appointments. But I use Square for everything else. I have been trying to set up a an automation for 1) Create a customer and 2) Create an appointment based on the Invitee Information from Calendly. I am almost done with the zap but it is tripping me up at the very end. I included a screenshot. I am getting an error as you can see below. Just not sure how to get this thing to work.
When an event is booked in Calendly it creates a zoom link, I want that link to be in the contact record. Can you Zapier update the contact record with the zoom link?

Please remember that this is a public forum and to remove any sensitive information prior to posting.so I’m having another problem when creating the QB invoice. for the product/service it’s choosing Credit 1 instead of matching the product of the opportunity in SF.example -1 - here is my opportunity in SF (that has become a sale) - its for lapel pins2 - here is where its mapped in Zapier3 - if I run a test the product does match (it always chooses credit 1) and that also seems to be adding a 1 in front of the quantity. the quantity for this opp is 200 not 1200 - Also there is no rate (if i create manually with quantity and price QB will calc. and populate the rate)Help fixing these 3 items would be much appreciated!
Hi there. I’ve looking for the answer while sync a google sheet to webflow cms. I have a ranking board at the google sheet and It change every hour and I want it update at webflow live cms.but when I tried it, succeed till the last test, It always show me belowFailed to create an item in WebflowThe app returned "ValidationError: Provided ID is invalid". what shoud I do for this ? What I’ve done is belowmatched the type of text on both google sheet and CMS setting(plain text to plain text) minimized the field(only PK1, PK2, number) Please help me T-T
How can I make a zap from Twitter include a image or link when it posts
I need to convert video files to MP3 to run them through a transcription action.Using CloudConvert, it adds extra parameters to the end of the URL, which then causes a failed run on the transcription. I believe it’s looking for a clean .mp3 ending.So how am I able to extract just the url up to .mp3 and delete the rest so I have a clean URL? Thanks!
In Facebook Lead Ads we are capturing a County and State in this format: Greenville, SC; however, when it comes into our CRM, it is coming in as 2 separate fields instead of 1. It displays in our CRM as:GreenvilleSCIn doing this, it is also adding to our dropdown list in Lasso which has the choice Greenville, SC. Instead this drop down list now has Greenville and SC as separate choices on the list. How do I get it to come over seamlessly since the answers being taken in the FBLA form exactly mirror that in my Lasso CRM form?
Hello alli thinks it’s a noob question here. i am having some issues with the configuration of Zap between Facebook Lead Ads to Salesforce.There are fields already determined in SF that need just to be matched (Energy Sources: Gas, Oil etc..). But instead of taking the response from FB and matching them. Zapier just will overwrite them instead, see attached screenshot. Thanks in advance for the help
I am trying to connect google sheets and monday.com.Right now i have a jotform that goes to a google sheet, and then the info goes from the google sheet to a monday.com board. i then have to enter other information on the rows in google sheets, that i cannot get from the jotform. I would like google sheets to send an update to monday when i fill those cells in, or make any changes on the sheet. I tried new or updated spread sheet row->lookup spreadsheet row->get board values->update multiple columns, but i cant seem to get it quote right. I need for it to update the specific row in monday based on the row in google sheets. Any tips or tricks anyone has would be greatly appreciated. TIA

I need help creating users into Thinkific from Clickfunnels. I have multiple products on Clickfunnels (Eg: Front-end main product, Order Bump, Upsell, Downsell etc i.e total of 5 products, I want our purchase users to enrol on Thinkific. I have tried creating Zap but I can see I can create only one product at a time, do I have to create multiple zaps for the same things? or I can put all the product ID on the same zap? Can you please help me with the same? Thanks!
I’m building a zapier integration with my app that has an actionthe action simply needs to take whatever response from the trigger and do something on it (I just need to send the response of previous trigger to the endpoint so I can manage it)I built the action and it works but I don’t know how to append the response of the trigger to it? the input fields look like it’s something the user need to enter but I don’t want user interaction I just want to send the raw response of the previous trigger?

HiI am trying to return the value of a custom field in an estimate on Quickbooks online.I can see the information is received by zapier in the zap history “data out” from quickbooks to zapier when a new estimate is created but there appears no way to use this data when setting up the action to send it out to the email.Has anyone got this working or failing that can I add a vote to having it added as an obvious thing that should really work?

I am trying to mimic this Curl request with a Zapier POST webhook to upload a PDF I have also been given this as a working python requestHere is where I am at with Zapier but the error I get is “Method not supported by this route”

Hi. I have two separate Google Sheets. Lets call them Parent Sheet and Child Sheet. When I update a particular column/row on the Parent Sheet, I also want to update that same column/row on the Child sheet. My sheets have a unique identifier on each row that will tie the data between sheets together. Lets call that column My Unique ID.In Zapier, I’ve played with the Lookup Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets Zap and can’t figure out how to dynamically find the same row (using My Unique ID value) I’m modifying in the Parent sheet, in the Child sheet. I know it has to be something silly I’m missing. In this Zap I see options for Lookup Column, Lookup Value, Supporting Lookup Column, and Supporting Lookup Value. I’m not sure how to dynamically put references from my Parent Sheet here to find the corresponding row in the Child sheet.Any help is appreciated!Thanks all
Hello, Trying to set up an e-mail automation after a form block on a blog gets filled out. The blog is enabled and published, and works when I enter the URL to visit the page, and the form works, sending me an e-mail notification and populating a google spreadsheet. The form is not available in zapier however, as an option for the automation trigger. Ultimately we would like to create a speedy form for website visitors to quickly send an e-mail using a template to an elected official’s e-mail. Would love any advice on getting this done. Thank you!
