How to add a Hubspot contact to a Sendgrid Automation based on Lead Status change?
Hi! Trying to connect Hubspot to Sendgrid but facing some issues.Goal is to add contacts to different Sendgrid Automations (email campaigns) based on how the ‘Lead Status’ contact information has changes.So if a contact becomes ‘Eligible’ on HS, then it’s added to a specific Sendgrid campaign.If it changes to ‘Not Eligible’, it’s added to a different campaign. This is what I have built so far. STEP 1: Retrieve Lead Status change Step 2: Find Contact in HubspotThe idea here is to catch all the leads who have been labeled as ‘Eligible’ Step 3: I AM BLOCKEDhere I would like to add any contact that is updated into ‘Eligible’ to a Sendgrid Automation, but Zapier only allows to send a simple email from Zapier itself. I was hoping to get inspiration from the thread here below but didn’t manage to learn much from it. Any idea on how to make this workflow work? Thanks in advance!
Can I send reminder emails before a WooCommerce subscription ends when pending cancellation?
Hello!I am looking to set up an automatic reminder for when someones subscription is cancelling in woocommerce.Heres the flow im looking for. Member cancels subscription in woocommerce, they are then pending cancellation until their next resubscription date.They are emailed via zapier 14 days before their subscription ends, 7 days before, and 2 days before to try to recapture them. I hope this makes sense, if you have any extra questions I greatly appreciate the help!

Hi all,I've been messing around with Jira and Slack, especially getting the two working together properly. Now, I can't seem to figure out entirely what I want. What do I want?Whenever someone mentions me on Jira, I want to receive a message with a link to this issue in a specific channel. I've seen the option where you can integrate Slack and Jira, and it sends you some sort of a DM whenever someone mentions you, but that doesn't allow me to share those mentions with more people. I want an entire team to see the mention.Does anyone have any track to tackle this?Thanks!
Transferring the people who entered the Zoom meeting to the drive as a list
Hello,I work as a data scientist in an educational institution and we want to be able to automatically learn about students' online course participation. That is, after users registered in a zoom meeting (not a webinar) log in, I want to be able to automatically record all of them as a list (name, surname, email) to the drive, depending on the date of that zoom meeting. But it records each user by adding them to separate files, how can I update it to a single list and the list name to be the date of the zoom meeting?Thank you :)
Will Zapier provide a solution to enable set up of new Webhooks with Zoom?
I posted this question two months ago but did not get a response before it was closed for replies. I’d really appreciate a response from Zapier on this:I need to set up new Webhooks to link Zoom with Zapier for those use cases which are not supported by the out-of-the-box triggers, for example, I need a trigger for people registering for all meetings and webinars, and for those who login to attend a meeting or webinar.This used to be straight forward to do, but now there is an issue caused by a change made by Zoom as they upgraded their system security, but which has not, so far, been accommodated by Zapier. As I result, it seems as if we cannot create new Webhooks for Zapier or edit existing ones. In addition, it seems as if existing Webhooks will cease to work in October.Does anyone know if there is a workaround for this or when Zapier will release a solution?
Update item on monday.com board when Typeform is received
Hi all,I am trying to setup an automation so that once a typeform is completed an update is made to the item with matching name and email as the typeform submission. Current structure:Trigger: Typeform Submission ReceivedAction: Get Item by Column Value in monday.comAction: Create update in monday.com My issue is that it needs the ID (which needs to be dynamically matched to the name/email) and then provided to Zapier so that it can create the update.For some reason on Get Item by Column Value in monday.com it only shows me the following results and not Item ID or anything (Monday.com setup also attached)Trying to sort this today as its taken up 2 days already but any help or alternative setups would be greatly appreciated

I currently have a Zap set up to do the following: A client submits a typeform A new task is added to a specific Asana projectThis automates a workflow for one of my contractors. Clients submit a request, the request pops up in his Asana project, and we’re good to go.I’m now adding another contractor to the team and I’d like them to have separate Asana projects to keep things easy.Ideally, I could adjust my Zap to do the following:A client submits a typeform Every other task is added to Asana project 1 and Asana project 2So, let’s say Mary, John and Nick all submit the typeform. I’d like the zap to send Mary to Contractor 1’s Asana Project, John to Contractor 2’s Project and Nick to Contractor 1’s Project.Is there any way to do this?I’m open to other options (if every other isn’t available) but really just need a way to randomly send those tasks to different projects. Can I create a color-coded weekly event list with better readability for social media for new Skedda bookings?
Good morning everyone, I am just starting on here so please forgive me if these come across as trivial questions.We currently use Skedda as our booking platform for our community centre.I would like to publish our weekly bookings onto a TV screen on the centre (I have linked Skedda to google calendar but they are all the same colour and bookings are over lapping as we have mulitple rooms being booked at the same time so it is really confusing)I would also create a weekly list of events so I can post this on social media. This would include the users date, time and contact details on a PDF or something else I havent thought about.Are both of these possible? I am hoping the community can help Thanks
Looping through line items with unknown/variable number of lines?
I want to zap messages from Slack into a Google Sheet. I want each paragraph to be a separate line on the sheet, except the first line. So I’m using a formatter step to split into line items using a [:newline:] delimiter, but I’m not quite sure what to do with the looping step. The issue is not knowing how many paragraphs the Slack message will have - I might be misunderstanding how the looping step works, but is it possible to loop through multiple line items when you don’t know how many line items each thing will have?

Hi,I am thinking of setting up Zapier for ticketing in slack. We already use Slack and manually log the tickets into Jira.What I am looking for specifically is a read-only channel in Slack where there is a message from a bot saying “Click here to raise a ticket” or “react with (emoji) to raise a ticket” and then upon one of these actions, the user is prompted to fill in a form to open a ticket. Ideally this then goes into Jira.What I don’t want is one of our support staff to have to manually click on reaction emoji to someone’s message in help desk channel in Slack to then log something.This looks like it is possible with Zapier, upon ‘create request in Jira Service Management’ you will see in the image that I am forced to put something in the Summary box and other boxes. I am having an issue sending contacts from Apollo to HighLevel.The trigger I have setup is a contact update from Apollo.Then I have a filter set up for Only continue if... the contact contains ‘replied’.My next action is Add/Update Contact in LeadConnector with all the appropriate information.After that I have two formatter’s set up. The first is to replace the company name with the clients first and last name. *The reason is because the company name shows up in HighLevel leads as the clients name. We want it to show the clients name under prospecting clients, where it says ‘opportunity name’. However, how it’s set up now the name replaces the opportunity name (good) but also deletes the company name and is blank.The second formatter splits the text into the first and last name of the lead.Step 6 is set up to Only continue if… the contact equals replied to email. *Because the other issue is that if the lead is moved from ‘Replied to Email’ under opportunities in HighLevel, to another c

Names from a Google Sheet and adding a Google Contact Label to them
I want to make a Zap where it will take the names (First and Last) from a Google Sheet (or another database free app) I own and auto add a Google Contact Label to the names in my Google Contacts. If I remove the name from the Google Sheet (or another database) it will auto remove the label. Basically I want to add a label to a group of people of my choosing (in a database) and that group can change at any given time based on who is in the database.
New help with New Card in Trello When Square Invoice Paid
We are currently using Zapier to create a new card in Trello when an invoice is paid and It works great, however we would like the Customer’s name, shipping address, and / or at least the invoice number in the Trello. As of now we use it as more of a notification card as we still have to go into Square for the details.Is this even possible with Zapier?Thanks you in advance for any help or direction.
