I am trying to create new invoices from google sheets into freshbooks and it isn’t working the way I need it to. If my google sheets has 9 rows across 3 clients, the zap is creating 9 invoices instead of 3. Each invoice should contain 3 line times. Current behavior - creating 1 invoice for each rowDesired behavior - create 3 invoice with 3 line items across 3 clientIDFor the utilities app, I am not sure how zapier is grouping that by clientID
As mentioned in similar post, the “New Attachment” Gmail trigger will trigger with every attachment in the email. However, The attachment filenames are given as a list containing multiple filenames, which would be the same list per file. How am I able to identify which filename corresponds to the Attachment File (Exists but not shown) in order to name the attachment correctly when uploading to Drive.
Hey everyone! I’m trying to build a Zap that will update my Slack status, and keep that status active until my next meeting. Here’s the workflow I envision:I call a webhook (catch hook trigger) using a third-party app My Zap looks for the next event (the one happening soonest) in my Google Calendar (find event action) My Zap sets my Slack status until the start time of the event in step 2.Any advice on pulling off the second step of this Zap? I don’t have a consistent search term to look for in my event names.
Problem Statement: Leads are not showing up in my CRM, Kartra.This is odd as when I test my zap sequence the dummy test data is showing in Kartra.I have triple-checked that the lead form I am using on the Facebook side matches the form in the ‘setup trigger’ within zapier.What am I overlooking as the issue?

Hope you all are well––I’m having a bit of an issue creating a Zap between the applications Squarespace (website creator tool application) and Pipedrive (Scheduling and Organization creator tool application). I am (hopefully) asking this in the proper place but if I’m not and could be forwarded to the correct place let me know, thanks! What I am trying to do is create a Zap that creates a new person contact in Pipedrive when someone submits a form to our Squarespace website. The problem I’m having is that one of the responses on the Squarespace submission form is not appearing within the Zap as data that can be placed in the new person contact in Pipedrive. For context, the fields I’m struggling to connect are a “Messages (open text box)” question on the Squarespace form, and the “Notes (open text box)” input within the Pipedrive contact information. Hi, I was wondering if there is an integration available for picking up the “Call Now” button on our existing Google Ad campaign. We have Google analytics showing if the lead goes to our landing page, and also if they schedule a session...all done. But we also have this “call now” button that lets them call our corp number . I want to be able to log that number in our database. I tried using google campaign interface but no luck. Suggestions?\Bill

I am attempting to create zaps for acuity to send appointment times to zoom. I can only do one at a time however, and there are 8 different appointment types. Do i really have to manually go add another zap , instead of saying all appointment types will get the same function in zoom? Seems pretty task heavy.
Hey there Ok I have an HTML email coming to my gmail that I want zapier to grab and send the embedded URL to twitter.I have successfully grabbed the email which is filtered so thats good but having trouble getting the link from it, the extract URL is not working under the zapier formatter. I see it in the HTML but how can I isolate is and grab it to post? It always starts with the same part of the URL
HiI just created a Zap that gathers data from mailchimp (trigger: new subscribor) to google ads (trigger: create customer list). I’ve tested the workflow and it is working. However, I can not find the customer list in my google ads account. Does anybody know where the list is actually is saved?Thanks.

Has anyone succeeded in using Zapier to toggle the ‘Use Direct Debit’ radio button on an Invoice in QuickBooks Online (UK version)? I’ve checked two of the Actions in Zapier (‘Update invoice’, and ‘Create payment’) but can’t seem to get it to work.The issue I’m trying to resolve is using Scoro to replace recurring transactions in QuickBooks. Scoro can send scheduled invoices to QuickBooks, but if a direct debit is set up for the customer in QuickBooks there is no way (native to the QuickBooks integration in Scoro) to select this as the payment method. I’m thinking that if I have a custom field in Scoro (‘Pay by direct debit’) and this is selected, then this acts as a trigger to for a zap that toggles on the direct debit radio button in QuickBooks, but so far I’m having no luck getting the action to work.
Hello,I have a personal Zapier account with 16 held Zap runs because I hit my monthly limit. I create a company account to upgrade and unblock Zap runs. I have joined the company account and transferred my Zaps to that account. However the 16 held Zap runs still sit in my personal account and are still blocked. How can I unlock them, by for example transferring them to my company account ?Thanks in advance
This is related to another topic which has been marked readonly.I have the need to post into Jira description fields at least some blank lines.Ideally I would post markdown, but even without that, I’d need to be able to post into Jira Issue Description field with blank lines, but these seem to be stripped out.While the initial description seems to retain line-breaks, the resulting list of items in the description collapses as soon as the editor is opened, making the list useless.Any way to add blank lines between text when creating Jira tickets with a Description?
What does the moonPhase floating point number translate to / mean when using Weather By Zapier for google sheets?I’d like to display an emoji or string on my sheet correlated to the day’s MoonPhase, but I don’t understand how to convert the float given or what it means, any help would be much appreciated.
Can anyone help with trying to accomplish the following: I have a folder in my Dropbox called “Sort” every week I get a PDF file that i need to save in a couple different places. I have a zap setup that once I save this file to sort, it then moves to the places i need. My ask is this: i save the file called abc.pdf to “sort” folder. In one of the places it goes, I would like to change the name of the file to be 8.pdf as the 8th file in that folder. ie. i have file 1.pdf, 2.pdf, 3.pdf….7.pdf already there. Is there a way to count the number of files in the folder so that when this file goes there it gets saved as “count+1”.pdf?? TIA!
Hey Team, I have a calendly event that will always have a ‘guest’ added to it and I am trying to add that email address to my zap.When I run a test on the calendly data coming through to Zapier, it only includes parameters for the main invitee, not listing the ‘guest’ invitee. Is there a way I can get the guest’s email address and use that for future steps in the Zap?
