Is it possible to set up a Zap so that, when a record in Airtable is changed, that info is sent over in the created/modified ticket on Freshdesk?Background: Many of our clients are manually entering/adding data, or may only be changing pieces of data in a record as opposed to the whole record. Is it possible to add to a ticket that shows not only “Hey, X record was changed” but “Hey, X record was changed, and here’s the specific fields X, Y, Z that got changed and what their new values are” ? Since it would just be adding a reply to the ticket, I wouldn’t even mind if it added a new reply for each modified field. If it’s not possible that’s also fine, just looking to streamline things a bit more on my end if possible. Thanks for your help!
I have a workflow where I post photos to FB/IG automatically from Trello. However, it’s only working if a have only one photo as attachments to my Trello card. Do you know a way to post more than one photo at a time? Neither Attachment nor Attachment URL are working.

Hello Everyone,I am creating a wordpress website with a form that lets people register to a zoom webinar.i have added zapier so each time people register in my wp forms in my wordpress site, zapier register them as attendees of the webinar and send them a link.this is working as intended. heres what i am trying to achieve,I will be conducting multiple webinars and wants zapier to do the same trigger. but now i have to open zapier and edit the webinar link each time which is time consuming. Is there anyway to automate this process?My Idea:I create zoom webinar using a plugin in wordpress → users register to webinar via wpforms → zapier get the data and register them to webinar. I’m looking to trigger creating a new Google Sheet, Excel Spreadsheet or PDF that takes only a select number of filtered row items from a current master Google Sheet. , I’m not picky on the service or app used if the integrations allow this to be done easier.i.e. My master sheet has a list of 50 items, 10 of those items have a “Job ID” of “105” and the other 40 have an ID of “107”. I want my Zapier trigger to pull the Job ID from another app, and gather the line items with that Job ID, and create a new sheet or PDF with only those rows (items).As far as I can tell, the advanced Google Sheet filter only does up to 20 items, which isn’t enough since some of my Job ID’s will have hundreds or thousands of items.Is it better to find a way to copy the entire sheet and delete all but the relevant rows, or create a new sheet and have it copy only the relevant rows? Is this process even possible with what Zapier can offer through any current integrations?Thank you for any suggestions.
Hi, I know it can delete rows up to 20, but I need it to delete a lot more than that as I am working with large sheets that contain thousands of records. The process I want is:Trigger by email attachment upload to googledrive find rows using search term delete rows find rows using different search term delete those rows upload to airtableI know it can do this individually, but I need it to loop until it can’t find any more rows of that contain that data. For example, loop 3 to 6 until satisfied, then continue to 7.
I am trying to create new invoices from google sheets into freshbooks and it isn’t working the way I need it to. If my google sheets has 9 rows across 3 clients, the zap is creating 9 invoices instead of 3. Each invoice should contain 3 line times. Current behavior - creating 1 invoice for each rowDesired behavior - create 3 invoice with 3 line items across 3 clientIDFor the utilities app, I am not sure how zapier is grouping that by clientID
As mentioned in similar post, the “New Attachment” Gmail trigger will trigger with every attachment in the email. However, The attachment filenames are given as a list containing multiple filenames, which would be the same list per file. How am I able to identify which filename corresponds to the Attachment File (Exists but not shown) in order to name the attachment correctly when uploading to Drive.
Hey everyone! I’m trying to build a Zap that will update my Slack status, and keep that status active until my next meeting. Here’s the workflow I envision:I call a webhook (catch hook trigger) using a third-party app My Zap looks for the next event (the one happening soonest) in my Google Calendar (find event action) My Zap sets my Slack status until the start time of the event in step 2.Any advice on pulling off the second step of this Zap? I don’t have a consistent search term to look for in my event names.
Problem Statement: Leads are not showing up in my CRM, Kartra.This is odd as when I test my zap sequence the dummy test data is showing in Kartra.I have triple-checked that the lead form I am using on the Facebook side matches the form in the ‘setup trigger’ within zapier.What am I overlooking as the issue?
Hey there, we are launching a new site and new our Webflow form to populate a Hubspot form (which will then populate our contacts). Everything is mapping correctly except for one of the questions that is a multiple checkbox question. Instead of populating the answer in hubspot, only true or false shows up in the contacts profile in hubspot. Included a few screenshots. Any ideas on how to have it map “facebook” instead of “true” or “false”. Thanks in advanced.

I need help - I am using clickup as a CRM. I have created custom fields on clickup. The zapier automation I am creating is to pull up the email from the custom email field on clickup and send an email. I am trying to use formatter to find the custom field - this might not be the proper way. Someone help me please?
Dear allI would like to format several values (e.g. amount, first year net arr, second year net arr, third year net arr) at once in one action, such that periods are turned into commas. the different values would have to be used in different spreadsheet columns.Is there a way to achieve this or would I have to use 4 actions in this example? We are trying to set up a zap that once a Contact is Updated in Zendesk it automatically creates a task.We see the trigger for the Contact is Updated. Then it asks us: “Is Company” then there are two options. True or False. We dont know what to click. The test trigger is only pulling in like 6 contacts. Contact A, Contact B, Contact C and so on. How do we set this up so regardless of what contact is updated it creates a task.
I have a Zap setup that is taking an incoming email, turning it into a campaign in MailChimp and then sending the campaign to all subscribers: https://www.screencast.com/t/2uu5cuoLS8. Everything is working fine, but the only way I have found to handle attachments is to add them to the HTML like this: https://www.screencast.com/t/dLL0GreWo. It comes through in the email underneath all of the content as a long URL to the attachment in Zapier. Is there another way we can do this so it comes through attached to the email?
