Hi - researching how we can integrate Formsite and Hubspot.  In particular - we want to send the data from the Formsite form to the HubSpot contact, update contact records and add contacts to workflows.

I haven’t found very much information that talks about formsite  so any guidance to more info is great.  

It looks like we may have to duplicate the form from formsite in hubspot to collect the data there?  Can it just be sent to the notes section on a contact?  Any best practices that we should be aware of?

 

Hey! You should be able to do this, providing that you’re capturing email in Formsite. The flow would work something like:

 

  1. New form result
  2. Lookup contact in Hubspot with email
  3. Update contact record in Hubspot
