We have a form where a lead can check off if they want stickers sent to them, and ideally zapier picks up the mailing address and writes it a google sheet maintained by our fulfillment house.

 

Trying to figure out how to build a trigger that is essentially, “If this check box is checked on this particular HS form” → do the rest

Hey! The best way to do this is to create the zap, and then add a filter after the trigger “New form submitted”, then only let the zap continue if the criteria is met:
