We are collecting Leads from website to Google Sheet and generating around 50 to 75 leads per day. Our Google sheet is connected with Glide APP.

We have 12 Telesales executives.

Our Goal is to

  1. Allot lead to every executive automatically one after the another in real time.
  2. If some executive is absent, admin should be able to subtract him from list and when he joins back admin should be able to add him back.

Please guide is step by step.

This looks like a pretty advanced Workflow which requires time and knowledge to get it done. If you don’t want to invest into this yourself, I would advise to hire a Zapier expert. They (we) are able to help you out on this from the start design to the final workflow product.
