Hello, I’ve got a Google sheet of information that’s already there, and I want to transfer the data from certain cells into my ActiveCampaign account. I’ve set up a Zap, but how do I get it to run if the data’s already in there? Thanks for any help you can give me.

We offer diffrent types of services depending on the date.What I made so far is:→ Form submision as trigger→ choose a service path → send a mail depending on date filled out in the form (date before and date after) How can I format the hubspot date to understand and set up diffrent points to it? I use Airtable and Zapier to create new products in WooCommerce. Images were converted to line items based on their URL, but recently the images have been uploaded twice in the WordPress Media Library. Now I should use the IDs of the images instead of the URL so that each new product is assigned the correct images. I don't know how to assign the ID of the images in Zapier to the ID Line Item field so that the correct images are always automatically assigned to the product.
Hi guys,I have my zap set up to trigger a new order coming from woocommerce and passing it on to pipedrive. I have 2 version of this site, one is the live version and the other staging.I set up the zap woo app to connect to the live version, not the staging.However, when I try to make an order in the live version, the trigger does not fire in zap. I checked zap and zap is able to connect just fine and I can even find new records of the new orders, but when the actual order is placed, it won’t fire. I checked Woo status and zapier is fine. No zaps are recorded in the zap history, its not receiving any zaps, even tho its connected. However, when I place a new order in the staging environment, the zap fires, but its the zap that connects to the live version, not the staging version. This shouldnt fire because its a different URL and different credentials. This started a few weeks ago, it was fine before then. Any ideas?
Hello,I created a Zap from New Contacts in Google to Follow Up Boss CRM.I’m having an issue with the Zap sending contact information to Follow up Boss for any random email I get in Gmail. Every email I receive from a new person in Gmail is creating a contact for that sender in Follow Up Boss CRM. My CRM is getting overloaded with people that should not be in there. I only want the manual contacts created in Gmail to show up in Follow Boss CRM -- not every contact.Not sure what to do to correct the problem?

Need some additional brainpower on this one. I have a recurring calendar event that has 300+ people on it. Id like to be able to add new people to it so that they are added to all recurring instances of it. With Google Calendar - when you add one person, it removes all the other people. If you add ALL the people every time a new person is added then every time anyone is added, all 300+ will get a new calendar invite. Anyone have any suggestions?
How do I add a tag to a subscriber in MailChimp dependent on what is selected in a Squarespace form dropdown?
Hi there, in creating a zap to integrate a Squarespace form submission to update a subscriber in Mailchimp, I’m finding that I can’t see multiple options the user can choose from in the form. I.E. I want to add a tag to that subscriber’s profile in MC dependent on what they select in the dropdown, but only one option is showing (Option 1). I’d also ideally see that option’s name instead of needing to review what order I put them in.Is there a fix for this so that the options can correlate to the tags added in the Zap? Thank you!
I am new to this program. I am attempting to have employees complete training, quizzes, exams in Easy LMS and have the completion notification transfer to BambooHR so that I know who has completed these assignments. I have been “chatting” with Zapier on and off for over a week and honestly am not understanding. I have read everything available, have tested the webhooks etc but there is always an error. Was hoping someone with experience could help me in general terminology.
Hi there, I have a ZAP running that transfers a Facebook group video post to a google sheet. As I can get much info from this transfer, I'm missing info where the user adds hashtags or descriptive text to his video post. Case: Users are posting live video post, with a description. I can get the post, username, link etc, but can't seem to transfer any descriptive text added to the video post. Any ideas on this ?
So I want to integrate getresponse and mailchimp via zapier. What I wanted to happen is this: User will signup in my getresponse landing page → user info will be stored at getresponse lists → user info will be stored at mailchimp audience/list → will email the user (every new user that signs up) with a text email. the content of the email is just the same for every new user. → END
I would like to offer my clients daily email check-ins for accountability and am trying to find a way to automate this. I created a google sheet with their name, email, email frequency, and goal. I have a zap created using the schedule trigger to look up a row by email frequency (“daily”) and then generate and send an email in gmail asking the client how their goal is going. The test row is working two days in a row now, but it looks like it will only perform the zap for one row as when I added a second row it completely ignored it and is still only running the zap for the test row. Any ideas on how can I get this to run for all matching rows in the given spreadsheet?
We started to use Octoparse (web scraper) on a regular schedule as a trigger. It works well, but every now and then stops actually triggering. The solution seems to be to turn off the zap and then back on again. After that, it will work for a while, but then stops again. Has anyone else seen this issue and know how to solve it?
Hi all!I have a Zap which is two steps:Appointment is created in Acuity Create a case in ZendeskToday, one of our appointments was not converted to a case. I looked at the Zap and see that it was never triggered. There’s no error or anything from what I can see.In addition to this Zap, we have one which edits a Zendesk case when the appointment is rescheduled and another which closes the case when the appointment is cancelled. We had quite a few events in Acuity today - could it be that we ran into some kind of limitation in Acuity or Zendesk? Has anyone experienced this before?And I have already checked - we have over 1,000 tasks left for this month so it was not a limitation on our Zapier account from what I can see. Any thoughts on this are appreciated. Thanks! Update: The appointment was scheduled at 2:11 PST and the Zap was just triggered at 2:58 PST. Hey all.I apologize if this comes off as a super noobish question but I seem to have hit a wall here and extensive searching of the support articles hasn’t borne fruit for me.My company uses ConnectWise Manage and Monday.com and I’ve been tasked with using Zapier to get them sharing information when certain things on done with projects. I’ve created a couple of basic Zaps already that seem to be working well but I can’t seem to add a number of the triggers (particularly polling ones) that are advertised as available.Example: If you look on https://zapier.com/apps/connectwise-manage/integrations/monday, you’ll see that one of the available triggers is Delete Item. However, that option (and many others) are not available to select when building a Zap. I only have a small number in fact:The small number of Monday.com triggers available to me.A similar dearth of options beyond what’s supposed to be available exists for ConnectWise as well. Hello,I’m curious is anyone has any experience using Zaps to create blog post notifications sent only to subscribers to the blog using a sync between a WordPress site and FloDesk.My guess is that I will have to create a subscriber list specifically for the blog on the WordPress site that adds subscriber emails to FloDesk (perhaps in a blog specific mailing list). Then I would have to create a sync that sends out an email to subscribers every time a blog post is created.Does that sound about right? Would that be 4 total zaps (2 for signup, 2 for post notification emails)?

Request access to both apps through our Early Access Program.I am trying to set up a complicated Zap: I would like to schedule a weekly text (one of 3, depending on the situation) to a group that I have labeled in Google Contacts. 1 - Is it possible to sync a group labeled in Google Contacts with the group in Zapier/SimpleTexting?I exported the group out of Google Contacts and manually uploaded it into SimpleTexting. Not sure if there is a way to keep the group synced. 2 - Once the group is established, what is the best way to schedule a weekly text to the group? I saw a very tedious workaround answer from a year ago, so am hoping that something better has been developed since then, as I ultimately need to make a decision weekly on which of the 3 scenarios to trigger, which need to be built
I am using the trigger “new file in folder” in Google Drive to trigger “create post in WordPress”.This works fine when I add a new Google Doc or sheet.But I would like it to trigger when I upload a new audio file into drive.This is not happening.Should I be using a different trigger or does it only work when adding Google files?
G’day. We are using a NinjaForms to Google Sheets zap to transfer form data to a sheet to capture registrants for our monthly events. We are setting up one zap for each month as some of the admin details change month to month.However when I copy our successfully tested first month zap, apply the new webhook, the input fields shown for transfer to the sheet are in order of the form rather than in order of the sheet. In other words the sheet output specification has not copied as it was in the source zap. Sure I can go through the process of reordering for each month but thought first to see if this is how it should be and if not what could I be doing wrong.Will appreciate your help. Regards, Kilkenny
