How do we modify WordPress user role after a Hotmart purchase using Zapier?

Necesito automatizar que cuando se realice una compra en Hotmart, el rol de usuario de wordpress del cliente, se modifique, ya que la compra otorga unos permisos en el sitio web, definidos por ese rol en concreto.El problema es que cuando creo un zap, wordpress solo tiene la opción de crear un rol, pero no veo ninguna opción de modificar su rol. Alguien podría decirme:Si es posible hacer eso. Cómo debería crear el zap.

How to swap one pipedrive user for another in all my zaps?

I currently have a zap that is associated with pipedrive connection #1 and want to move it over to pipedrive connection #2.When in edit the zap I only have one option to connect Pipedrive Company and User, But in a zap(edit) I can see the user I want to connect but it will not. Only show the #1 Company and UserThe #2 user in Pipedrive is all working as it shouldI can not see how to change in Zapier. Appreciate any help

I have a new Zap that syncs MeetAlfred (LinkedIn) leads with Salesforce. I want it to only work when there there is an email address with the Lead. Is there a way to do that with Zapier?

Created Salesforce Contact needs primary Account

Hi All,I am creating/updating contacts and accounts in Salesforce.First, I look to see if the account exists by searching on the name. If not, then I create it. Then I search it see if the contact exists by email, if not I create it with a minimum of fields, name and account.Then in a separate step, I update the contact (either the new one or the one found) with all the data.One of the fields updated is the account field. It is set to the ID of the new Account (perhaps redundantly). This all appears to work fine. A nuance however is that if the contact already existed, it already had one or more accounts associated with it and one of these accounts is the PRIMARY account. The new Account added is not set to primary so it does not show as the contacts account in a report.I want Zapier to set the new account to be the primary account for this contact.Thanks,Bradley (MG)

How to add ClickFunnel's upsell in a spreadsheet

Right now, I’ve been able to setup a first Zap that goes: When a purchase is made on my Order page funnel step, create a row in a Google Sheet spreadsheet. So far, everything works fine here. The problem is when I try doing the same thing with an upsell page funnel step. I’m not able to get a spreadsheet row when an upsell purchase is made. Here are what I tried:1. I’ve tried to create a second zap that trigger when a successfull purchase is made on the upsell page. This doesn’t work. The zap is not triggering.2. I’ve tried dupplicating the first zap that trigger when a sale is made on my order page funnel and added a filter that says to work when the name of the product is “Upsell product name”. So far, I’ve been able to make this zap works for only 1 upsell page and I don’t know why. I’m not able to replicate a working system.The type of page I’m using is “order page” for my main offer and “OTO page” for my upsell pages.So how do you guys succeed triggering a zap when an upsell sale

Mighty Networks: How to se trigger for users joining specific spaces

Hi there, Can anyone help me with the following dilemma? I want to use the Mighty Networks integration as my “Trigger” for a new zap. I want to use a trigger that basically starts whenever someone new joins a specific space within Mighty Networks, not just any general space. However, it seems like the zap trigger only allows you to pick from a general “Network” and a general “Space” - not specific spaces or networks. Can anyone confirm if there’s a way to trigger the zap only if users join X space and not Y space?  Thank you!

How do I schedule a daily consolidated Email of Webflow form submissions using Zapier?

I have been trying to set up a zap that: everyday at 7pm, all the forms that have been submitted for a specific form on my Webflow site, get emailed through to me in one consolidated list. I can’t seem to get it right, either it sends just one submission or it doesn’t send at the correct time. I would really appreciate some help.

How do I migrate deprecated Jotform Zap apps to new versions?

I received an email notifying me that three of my Zaps are using “deprecated apps” (The app Jotform for version 1.3.2 has been deprecated) and need to be migrated. There are no instructions or links to how to fix the apps. I don’t want to mess the apps up but I’m not really sure what the best next steps are. I did search the community forum and found some information - I *think* I need to copy the zaps and redo them? I’m just not clear on the exact steps to complete this. It looks like I have until May 2024, but want to get ahead of this.

Jotform to ActiveCampaign Account fields

I have discovered the Jotforms integration with AcitiveCampaign does not allow me to create/update Account fields, only contact fields.It appears to be possible through Zapier but can anyone help me with the logic flow to setup please? It appears to be surprisingly difficult.

Hello, I use the trigger "New Inbound Email in Email by Zapier" and the ZAP "Upload file to google drive". To save email attachments to Google Drive. However, several attachments are packed into a ZIP file. How can I prevent this? I would like the individual attachments to arrive in Google Drive and not a ZIP file.Thanks, Martin

How can I set an Airtable trigger only when data is updated?

Hello all,I use Zapier to connect Airtable with Postgres. In the course of this, whenever a row is changed in Airtable, I would like to update this data in my Postgres database accordingly. For this I need the following workflow:"Trigger: Changes in Airtable; Action: Updates in Postgres". The action is available in Zapier, but in Airtable I can only find the trigger that is triggered for new and updated data. This is difficult for my use case, as I have to insert a new row in my Postgres database for new data. Are there any workarounds?

How do I add customers to MailerLite Group after checkout?

I’ve created a payment link within Stripe, and once customers buy from there I want to add them to a specific group within Mailer Lite. I’ve tried using Zaps “Checkout Session Completed” (as mentioned in another article) and “New Payment” but when I test the live link, the customer email isn’t added as a subscriber in Mailer Lite.  Any idea what I should try next?

How do I refresh Google Sheet data after delay in Zap to accurately transform values to CSV?

Hi everyone! I have created a Zap that will transform Google Sheet values to CSV. One column is added by a different Zap about ~30 seconds after this Zap is initiated. I created a delay for 5 minutes. It seems that the Zap does not refresh the data in those 5 minutes.Two questions:Should I add a Lookup Row step for it to refresh the fields after 5 minutes?Would it be better for me to create a subzap, and if so, how will it know which row to format?

How to get Zapier to ignore {{ }} from Google Sheets

Hi - i have a zap to import data from a Google sheet to a notion database. The Google sheet has columns in it that contain liquid syntax so it has many instances of double curly braces {{ }}. Zapier is seeing these and trying to be clever - I just want it to ignore them and import them across as is without changing the original data source as it is generated by an external system. I’ve tried to use formatters between the steps but no luck. Does anyone come across anything similar and have a recommended workaround?
