There is already a conversation about this topic, sending a Dropbox Transfer link in an email, but it’s two years old. Has this feature been integrated into Zaps yet? I don’t see it. If not is there a reason why? Will it be a feature? Thank you.

I did some checking and couldn’t see any feature request logged for the ability to send a Dropbox Transfer link.
However there is a Create Shared Link Dropbox action which appears to allow the sharing of either a folder or file:
