I started using Zapier not so long ago and now have some trouble with connnecting Manychat with Pipedrive.
What I want to make:
1. Receive Email and Phone number from user from Instagram direct
2. Search if there is already such a user in my Pipedrive database
- If yes:
I need to update the info with new one which user sent again in chat (update email and phone fields) - If no:
I need to create a new record of this user
What I did:
Step 1. Made “Recieve the info from Manychat”
Step 2. Made “Find the record in Pipedrive database”
Step 3. Made 2 paths (Where A is “record found and I update it”, B is “record not found and I make new one”)
Although the zap isn’t that hard something isn’t working for me :(
It makes records with new users but doesn’t update the existing ones. Can someone help me with this?
