  • How to format the SMS text messages that are sent from Facebook Lead Ads notifications?

I am trying to figure out how to make my sms notifications from my FB leads look nicer . Right now I get just a single line of all the info without spaces when I get a lead notification.  Can I use HTML ? or is there some other feature that can do this for me ?  

 

Right now I get something like this: johndoejohndoe@gmail.com5551231234 ect

I would like it to appear more like this:


You have received an new lead:
Name John Doe
Phone: 555-123-1234
Email: johndoe@gmail.com

any suggestions ?

Before we dig deeper into this, would you mind sharing a detailed screenshot of how your Zap is configured? Also, please share a screenshot of the “Action” section of your action step that shows all of its fields. Like so:
