Send Email in Microsoft Outlook failing The app returned "Not Found".

I'm trying to have an online quiz drop new leads into my Outlook account. The quiz is an assessment of the current lead and gives us a bunch of needed info - but I can't even get int to send. 

Failed to create an email in Microsoft Outlook

The app returned "Not Found".

I don't know what the field is that Zapier can not find?

Before we dig deeper into this, do you have a file mapped in the “Attachment” field of the Microsoft Outlook step? If so, could you please try removing that mapped file and try testing the Zap again?

Kindly give it a try and let me know how it goes? I'll keep an eye out for your response!
