MEWS to Google Sheets Output
Hi all,I’m new to Zapier and having trouble creating my first Zap between MEWS (hotel system) to Google Sheets to help with some linens and inventory forecasting.We need Zapier to collect the following 2 bits of data from MEWS and dump it into our Google Sheet:# of incoming guests for next 4 days (rolling basis) # of incoming bookings for next 4 days (rolling basis)This data is available on MEWS, though I’m not sure there’s a specific trigger. Any ideas on how to do this? Thank you so much.
Need to import packing slip PDFs from QuickBooks
It does not appear to be an option for importing from Quickbooks but the invoice PDF is available. Please add packing slip PDF as an import option (Airtable). Using to track shipments and need the packing slip without pricing on it. Huge time saver if this is added.

How to delay pulling data or refresh it after it’s been pulled?
BackgroundI am currently sending leads from a lead source to my CRM using a zap. When a lead comes into the source the zap is triggered, and it gets pushed out to my CRM where the new lead is created. The zap filters (and either runs/or does not run) base don a tag that the lead source adds (buyer / Seller). For example if a new seller leads comes in the “Seller” zap will run because the lead has the “Seller” tag (and the “Buyer” zap will not run, because the lead does not have the buyer zap). ProblemHere is the issue. When a new lead is created in my lead source a tag is added by the lead source AFTER the new lead is created. SO when the zap fires the new lead does not have the “Buyer/Seller” tag yet. I created a delay in the zap, but I do not know how to tell zapier to refresh the lead data to check for the new tag. New Lead>Zap Fires (lead did not have the tag the second it was created)>leads go to the CRM, but get assigned incorrectly.I need something like thisNew Lead>Zap
Possible to connect ShoutOut to Woocommerce?
I am having a site in WordPress. I am using a plugin name shoutout global inside my WordPress admin panel for managing the users and there revenues. Data for the respective plugin is stored in the shout out global admin panel.I talked to shout out global and they said that I would have to use zapier for showing shout out data inside WordPress admin panel.When I looked into zapier i.e. https://zapier.com/apps and searched for the app(Shoutout global), it is not present there.I am confused whether I can fetch data from shout out using zapier.Any help would be highly appreciated.

How to print custom labels in Outlook from WooCommerce orders
HeyWe are looking for the most effective way to get a custom label printed out for each new order we receive from Woocommerce.Right now the best solution seems to send the order information to an e-mail and let Outlook automatically print the mail out with the data we choose. Although we can’t format the information in mail to a “label-friendly” size. Whatever set up we choose, Outlook still wants to print A4 scale to 1.1 x 3.5 label :) Maybe there is a better way the get the custom label printed out when new order arrives?

When new EventBrite event is published the Zap is not creating event record in Salesforce NPSP with event details
Hi All,I’m new to Zappier so still learning. We are trying to creating an integration between Eventbrite and our Salesforce NPSP Test Org using Zappier. Basically what we want to happen is when a new event is published in Eventbrite an event record for that event should be created in Salesforce in our custom object ‘Training_Course__c’ which records training courses.A Zap has been created already between Eventbrite and Salesforce and the connection has been tested successfully with an event record successfully created in Salesforce for a selected recent event that Zappier has found from Eventbrite. See Below However, when a new Eventbrite event is published the Zap is not creating event records in Salesforce with details of the new event record but keeps creating an event record with the details of test event Zappier found that was used for the Zap connection test. See below :Is there something missing or an additional action that’s required? Any help or guidance would be great
New lines in Webhook field causing JSON payload error
I have a Zap that pulls information from a Task in Freshsales, then appends a URL to the end of the description field. It works fine MOST of the time, however it fails whenever the description has new lines in it. It reads the description just fine in the initial step, but when it PUTs the data back I get the error “The app returned "There was a problem in the JSON payload".”I assume there’s some way to translate those new lines into something Freshsales recognizes, but I have no clue how to do that, and it is strange that it outputs it in that format but won’t accept it as an input.Thanks in advance!

I’m new to this. Problem in need of a solution: I have a new CRM system that needs emails to be sent in a ADF/XML format. Quite a few of our lead sources do not send in that format. I’m looking for guidance on how to create a zap that will take those leads and covert them into an ADF or XML message to send into my CRM. Thank you!
Help Needed on integration between Typeform and Kajabi
HiI am in the process of completing an online training course and will be using typeform to get feedback from attendees after each lesson.I also use kajabi as a delivery platform.My question is when the attendees complete the typeform and add their email address etc and click submit is it possible to use that submit button to pass it the completed form to kajabi and it enter a kajabi email sequence through a zap? In know that there are zaps and integration between the 2 platforms but I cannot find the right one? Anyone know an answer to this?
How to extract last item from a field using Formatter?
I’m trying to work with a public RSS feed that shows weather data. The RSS feed has 1 field (called “Description”) that shows a bunch of measurements/info. The last item in that field is Water Temperature in °F and °C.I need to extract just the Water Temperature measurements and pass that along to the next step.I’m using the Formatter app → Action Event is “Utilities → Transform is “Pick from list” → Operation is “Choose last.” Next step (Insert Data) is to select the “Description” field. So far so good, but the output is, like, 90% of the measurements/info when I only need the last 10%. How would I go about creating a Zap that dynamically adds more input fields to an action based on an unknown amount of comma separated values?What I’m looking to achieve is to convert a comma separated string of values into individual input fields, as follows: Currently this works with a known amount of comma separated urls and a Formatter module to create a list of items, which I can then add manually. This however doesn’t work if the initial comma separated url has 30 individual elements instead of just two.How would I go about creating a Zap that dynamically adds more input fields to the action based on an unknown amount of comma separated values?
Memberpress integration - trigger on new corporate subaccount?
I’m trying to integrate Hubspot and Memberpress, and running into a difficulty with updating new corporate subaccounts into Hubspot.There is a Zap trigger for a new Memberpress subscription - but this does not work (it does not pull in the data for the person who created the subscription, only the transaction information). And the trigger for ‘update a memberpress account’ does not get fired when the new corporate subaccount is created, only if the new person then goes on to update their account in some way.Has anyone come across this and figured out a way to get it to work? Thank you!
How to delay action for 90 days?
Hello community,we have a trigger that gets a date/time field, getting the data as “modified on”.I want to filter/delay or anyway, that after x amount of days, the action takes place (sending an email)How do I do this? Like for example using the filter option.Only continue if..“modified On” - “date/time” After - 90 days. Is there a solution for this? Thank you a lot

I m tring to use a Jira Service Desk Integration with messenger. The issues in JSD is created from Facebook messenger perfect!But when i try to makes some updates and that update need to be infromed to the conversation always give me the error :“You can only send an automated message to the user with a PSID of '234567890123456' within 24 hours of them having sent a message to your page.”I can’t use it.Could you give me some help?Thanks uin advance.Regards!
Trigger auto reply when email is clicked?
First of all, forgive me if this question has already been answered but i couldn’t find one that matches exactly what i’m trying to do (if it’s even possible)So, i know there’s different ways to set up forms to send automatic replies, but i’m trying to skip the form completely on this one. I would like to send emails to contacts that already belong to my database (not new ones) to confirm their attendance to an event. So what i need from zapier is to figure which of the contacts clicked on the email.My company uses Masterbase to manage their campaigns, so perhaps if i use a webhook to listen to a url on a button in the email...and then create an action that sends a reply to an inbox with the email it came from. That way i could store all the contacts that clicked in a spreadsheet or a crm. from that point i can look for duplicates and whatnot, but to know who clicked: that’s my goal.Would this work? Is there a proper way of doing this?All information will be greatly appreciated, thanks
MailChimp tag not found
After creating a tag in Mailchimp, it does not show up when creating the zap. In “Tag(s)” I clicked “Custom” and typed in the exact MC tag and hit “Refresh fields” but it says:“We’re having trouble loading 'Tag(s)' data (Resource Not Found - The requested resource could not be found.)”I have searched for articles about this issue, but found nothing that helps. Hoping for help here. <3
Trello card creation and update date missing
Hello, how are you?I created a Zap that whenever a Trello card is moved to a specific column, it sends a message on a Slack channel.Looking at the variables provided by Trello I couldn't find two very important variables.They would be the creation date of the card in Trello and the date the card was moved to this specific column.Can anyone tell me if these variables are available?Sincerely
Is it possible to copy worksheet into an existing Excel workbook each month?
We have an Excel spreadsheet that imports and aggregates data from multiple sources (uses Supermetrics)We want to take that processed data and copy the sheet at the end of each month into an existing Excel workbook as a new worksheet - containing all that aggregated data.We currently manually create a new sheet and copy and paste the data values.Does anyone have a solution to do this with Zapier in Excel? (Note: We moved from GSheets where we had a script that did this (mostly automagically. We’re changing all our reporting to Excel, and are hoping to automate is as well. Zapier has solved so many other problems, we’re hoping it can solve this one too!)Any help appreciated. Cheers
