I have a CRM that I use for my travel agency TESS. I would like to create a Zap that what I add a client to the CRM, the first name and email is sent to Flodesk. If that sounds too complicated, I would like to at least be able to automate the download of the CSV file and Upload to Flodesk. I am trying to avoid having to hire someone to do this for me. Any ideas?
I used Google forms with trello to create a class directory for my distance learning class as was described in this great post about a company directory. https://blog.trello.com/typeform-company-directory-with-trello. Everything except uploading the photo attachment worked. On each Trello card the attachment reads "Service Login." What went wrong?
I need to get raw JSON from a Webhook GET request. I’ve tried various options, and Zapier always parses the JSON, rather than allowing me access to it. (I’ve tried a simple webhook GET, and a webhook Custom Request GET) I was able to get to the raw JSON in a different zap that used “Catch Raw Hook” as the trigger, but that won’t work for this new zap that I’m building. Ideas?
Hi,Transfer data (a booking form) collected in Formstack to my QuickBase APP. The name of the fields are not the same. Formstack form language is client friendly where as QBase fields are for internal use and abbreviated.Is there a way to label “code” the fields so I can match them?Very new to this, a small business owner trying to change how things are done in this new world we are in. I am trying to create a zap that updates a members CMS fields in webflow when I manually update a field in firebase. So the trigger event should be that a field has updated in firebase, however, I don’t get that as an option - I can only have a new child object be the trigger event. Does anyone know how I can get this to happen? I’m using memberstack as a membership signup portal and zapping the info from there to firebase, but I need to be able to update some info from my end - any ideas?
Hello Community,New user here, glad to be exploring the Zapier World.My Issue:We have field technicians that service different stations across the country.Each station is uniquely named and has different equipment that needs serviced.They fill out a Google Survey created for each station about their weekly service.I want to use Zapier to pull the newest Survey result from the associated Google Sheet into Airtable.The Survey and associated Google Sheet are all named specifically for the station, there is no unique identifier about the Station in the survey question themselves.How do I have Zapier pull the name of the Survey/Sheet along with the data in the row?
Hi guys, Currently I am looking for a way to get Data out of Salesforce in another App (JobRouter - digitazation platform).For example: I need the Account information (street, city, etc.) from BMW when I am creating a new contract in JobRouter. Hi there!We are having the issue with proper channel tracking GA for our app installs. We can track app.shopify.com domain but we can't track the myshopify.com domain where they go through the login process for their shopify store to install the app, etc... then when it comes back to our GA, they are a new session, direct session, losing all previous tracking and channel attribution.So there are 3 ways.1. Our app page on app.shopify.com and we can add three track id from:Google analytics codeGoogle remarketing codeFacebook PixelAdroll retargeting code2.The myshopify.com domain - admin panel and we can’t do anything there.3. An Iframe with our app where we can add whatever needs including API (it’s Zapier’s advice but actually I didn’t get what options it can give us)Thanks for the future reply!
Hello, I am trying to create a new Excel spreadsheet every time an event is created in Eventbrite, and then when anyone registers, have them be added to the spreadsheet that matches the event’s name. Currently, I can do these separate.Everytime I create an event, excel creates a spreadsheet. Once the event is created, I connect the event with the spreadsheet, so when someone registers, they are added to that spreadsheet. I am trying to combine the tasks above so I don’t have to keep connecting events with spreadsheets everytime we have a new event. Below is the error I am getting. I currently have the spreadsheet created and trying to connect a new registration with the new event. Notice I am using the name of the event from EventBrite in the “Spreadsheet” name as data is being pulled from anyone who registered from any event. I added the .xlsx because the file name would be the same.
Hello, I set up Zapier to connect our gym software called Pike 13 to Zoom. The goal was to have our clients sign up for our zoom classes via the software. I completed this task on Saturday, May 30. I then set up the classes in Zoom, and placed the meeting registration link in the notes for each class. I tested the system 25 times, and it worked great, and the student received the zoom link upon registration. I also completely cleaned the Pike 13 schedule so that only the Zoom classes would show. This morning I got up and every Pike 13 class from last month now appears on Zoom, and each has their own meeting reg link. I turned off the zaps, and manually deleted the unwanted Zoom classes. The issue is also that Zapier created it’s own class in Zoom for the classes I have on the schedule for this week. These are classes in which I manually placed the Zoom link for the participants in the class notes, so they would receive it in their confirmation. As I mentioned, I have manually d

There is one column with the date on when to reach out (always on a Thursday or Sunday).I’m essentially trying to create a Zap that will send an email to each customer that needs to be reached out to on the current date. I am setting up a Google Ad with a lead form extension. I would like my lead forms to go to my Real Geeks CRM. I started setting up my zap and received my webhook, but my zap needs test data. How do I get test data from my google Ad lead form? Without this I cannot complete my zap.
SOLVED! In Airtable, my record ID field is a “Single Line Text Field” (not a linked record field), but when it is pulled into Zapier, it shows as a referenced cell’s ID. I know how to use a formula to create a workaround, but I’d like to know why the cell text value is not importing into Zapier?Thanks,Dave
I am getting errors from the FreeTDS ODBC driver when trying to send text from Zapier to MS SQL Server 2012 (SP4-GDR). If any special characters (such as æ, ø and å) which are regular characters in Danish and hard to avoid in address information, are sent. When using “Find Row via Custom Query” I get: (pyodbc.ProgrammingError) ('42000', " [FreeTDS][SQL Server]Unclosed quotation mark after the character string 'K'. In this case because there is a text string that includes the letter ‘ø’ after the K. So FreeTDS cuts off the statement right when it meets the character and then thinks there was no closing quotation mark. I don’t think I can control the Client Charset from within Zapier, since the driver sits at Zapier, but does anyone have an idea how I can fix this?
Recently we decided to try the integration between AutoTask and MS Teams. When using my administrative account, I can very easily connect Zapier to my 365 account. When using my non-administrative account I get a permissions error. Is there a guide of what permissions, and what setup in 365 is required to use Zapier?
Hi @chriswright! The dev team noticed a few issues in their final testing and we’re making sure that’s all squared away before we go ahead and roll out the new version of the MailChimp integration. I don’t have an ETA on the exact time frame, but I know that the team is actively working on it, so hopefully soon!
I have 13+ zaps working in Zapier dealing with ZoHo CRM, many create recrods, Leads, Contacts and deals. As of two hours ago, Zapier is no longer able to retrieve info from ZoHO. I get “Zapier had trouble retrieving custom fields from Zoho CRM.” error message on all my zaps that create recrods inside the ZoHO CRM. My business heavily relies on this automation, I need assistance ASAP. Is any one else having this issue?
