Zapier is not extracting correct info from Checkatrade HTML emails

My customers submit enquiries through the checkatrade app, at the moment that triggers a html email, zapier then picks this email up to create a job ticket for me on another application. Zapier isnt picking up the correct info from the checkatrade html email, pls how can i get this fixed. Thank you
