Hi I am a mental health therapist and I am trying to build a zap to connect the the clients with our therapists automatically when there is a square space form submission. To make it more look like a human, I need to extract the time when the form is submitted to make sure the zapped email are not sent in the midnight hours, say if a client sends a form in 11:00 p.m. How can I find a way to extract the form sending time and use it in paths to help zap sending emails at reasonable hours.
