Thanks for taking the time to potentially help. More a question for anyone doing this, or similar. What steps or apps would be best?

a) Is there a way to periodically check a Zapier table for a certain field? 

  1. If so, and this field is empty when checked, set a trigger for a Zap.

Try these Zap steps:

  1. Trigger: Schedule
  2. Action: Zapier Tables - Find Records (Output as Line Items)
    1. Find 1+ matching records
  3. Action: Filter
    1. Checks there are records returned
  4. Action: Looping - Create Loop from Line Items
    1. Handles each Record individually
  5. Action: APP] - EVENT]
    1. Up to you!
