Granting Discord Access when Wix Pricing Plan is purchased

Hello! Thank you in advance for your help!!! I run my subscription-based business on Wix (Basementbrewedff.com), specifically via their “Pricing Plans.” Here is what I’m hoping to do with Zapier… Whenever someone purchases a “Pricing Plan” (that’s what they’re called on Wix), I want to immediately grant them access to my Discord Server). Likewise, whenever someone STOPS being a paying customer (AKA cancels their pricing plan), I want to immediately remove them from my Discord Server. The trouble I’m running into is that Zapier wants to identify the person’s Discord User ID (at least that’s how I’m understanding it). The problem is that A) I don’t have their Discord User ID because they’re a brand new customer so I have no data for them; they’re not currently IN my Discord server. And B) turns out the Discord User ID isn’t the easiest information to find, and I don’t want to send new customers jumping through hoops just to get in. Thundertix to Every Action Zap: Overwriting Instead of Adding Activist Codes

I’m trying to create a zap where when someone buys tickets in Thundertix, it updates the contacts information in Every Action. One of the things I want it to do is add “Live Performances” as an Activist Code to the customer’s profile.My issue is that when the import happens, it is getting rid of the Activist Codes that are already assigned to the customer in Every Action and replacing it with just the one “Live Performances” Activist Code -- instead of just adding it.

Selecting multiple tags on custom field for ClickUp, error message "Values must each be a valid option id".

I have a form with a checkbox option to select multiple departments.  I need a custom field in Clickup updated based on those selections.  I’ve set up multiple steps to format the value to match ClickUp’s Ids, but still getting an error:  "Values must each be a valid option id".  The user may select zero or up to all the checkbox and each one should be selected on the custom field.After a new entry is submitted on the form: Line Itemizer to separate each checkbox from the form. 2nd - look up table to match the ClickUp field3rd I split the text so they are separate items.  I’ve tried All (as line-items) and All (as separate fields)When I create the task, I select the output from the last step.

How do I prevent duplicate file uploads in Google Drive from Airtable record updates?

Hi,I currently have an automation set up to upload a file from a specific column in an airtable record into a Google Drive folder.However, the automation is currently set to run every time there is a new or updated airtable record, and upload the file if a file exists in the applicable column.These are records that I am continually updating, so I am getting duplicate uploads of the file every time I adjust a different field in the records.Is there a way to have the automation not run after the file has successfully been transferred once? Or set the automation to only run when that specific field in the record is updated as opposed to the entire record being created or updated? Thanks!

Webhooks by Zapier - Creating and Updating Tasks in Asana - How Not to Update Task Name?

Hello! I’m Looking for some feedback on a Zapier -Asana integration. We are a retreat center and are doing this:Pulling registration information via Webhooks by Zapier from our booking software (Retreat Guru) and into Asana. Automatically creating tasks for our drivers from this info to pick guests up or drop them off at airports/bus stations. (separate tasks - one for pick up and one for drop off) If a guest (or staff) updates their travel info in booking software, the Zap updates the Asana task.What I’m trying to figure out is if there’s a way to manually edit the task name in Asana and then prevent any future Zaps from changing that task name back? Is there a way to keep part of the task name from changing?For example, once a task is in Asana, our staff wants to add the pick up time manually to the task name so the drivers see it with opening the task. The times are so varied that it’s not possible to select from a drop-down custom field. Once that time is added, we don’t want any f

Has anyone been successful in using Linkedin 'organizationalEntityShareStatistics' endpoint within Zapier ?

I’m trying to use the LinkedIn APi request (beta) to get the analytics of a specific post.The request i’m using is GET https://api.linkedin.com/rest/organizationalEntityShareStatistics?q=organizationalEntity&organizationalEntity=urn:li:organization:{org_ID}&shares[0]=urn:li:share:{share_ID}can’t find out why the request indicates  Invalid param.ANy suggestion will be appreciated ;)

How to update Salesforce picklist field to blank/empty value using Zapier?

Is it possible to update a Salesforce picklist value (or any field for that matter) with a blank or empty value. We need to be able to clear a picklist field value depending on the situation.  Normally you’d see the ability to set an ‘Empty Value’ for a picklist field. If this isn’t possible does anyone have any workarounds within Zapier? I’ve seen a previous topic asking the same thing but that was raised 2 years ago

How do I keep $ and cents in file names using Email Parser by Zapier and Formatter in Zapier?

I’m trying to name files as Uber_24.07.02_$1.99 using Email Parser and Formatters. I’ve added Uber_24.07.02 to the name but Zapier removes the $ and the cent amount .99. How can I add the dollar/center amount?

Gravity Forms error: Malformed Base URL

All of a sudden I’m getting a “malformed Base URL” error when I try to reconnect a Gravity Forms connection which has been running for years.I’ve changed the REST API keys and everything I know - but still I can’t connect. I read this issue was common a few years back - buy why has this occurred again.I have tested my site for JSON access and now issues. I host with WP Engine - and there are no issues there. Any help or ideas appreciated.thanks

Error while hydrating data from OneDrive. Video file will not create Trello Card. PNG Will

I have just create a Zap that automatically creates a Trello card when a new file is moved or created in a Onedrive. I want to use it as follows:I moved a mp4 file into the folder Trello Card is create with name + url in descriptions IssueIt works when I place a PNG file in the folderIt gives the following error when I use it on a MP4.Error while hydrating data from OneDrive: RequestId: a7781ee1-3a1c-4f96-9274-2d8ef1d7d3d5 Error: Runtime exited with error: signal: killedNote: I have set it to “Not to include object” How ca I solve this?

How do I set up a webhook trigger in Zapier to collect contact info from a Kadence Blocks Pro Form?

Hello Zapier Family,  I am trying to use your webhooks trigger to receive contact information from a Contact form on a website. It’s a Kadence Blocks Pro Form on a WP site. The goal is to send that information to Acculynx so they can create a new lead in the CRM. However, I don’t understand the “Pick Off a Child Key.” Can anyone help with setting up the webhook trigger? I want to collect all the information added via the contact form, First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number, Address.  Thank you, Taylor

Gmail Verification Issue: Unable to Forward emails to Zapier

Hello everyone, This is my second post as the last one i think was not a clear post,  I am trying to fix zaps that were supposed to be triggered by emails coming to my inbound zapier email.I set up the trigger in gmail and after that gmail asked for permission to allow forwarding, when i go into my zaps trying to get the forward email confirmation in the test section i try to pull recent records but none are showing.Thank you in advance.

How do I automate Facebook custom conversions for real estate listings using Zapier?

Hi, Is there a way to automatically create Facebook custom conversions?We are a real estate business and for every property we list online (on a third party website), we’re looking to track the number of enquiries, viewings, offers.I already have a dataset with events for the 3 metrics listed above. On top of this dataset, I create custom conversions for every listing I’m boosting on Meta: Enquiry For [Property Name], Viewing for [Property name], Offer for [Property name]. Our volume of listings is growing, so creating 3 custom conversions per property is getting troublesome. It would be great if I could set up a zap that automatically creates custom conversions on Facebook when we publish a new listing (the trigger could be an Airtable Base).Thanks!

How do I set up a Zap to automatically send a payment receipt from Xero when an invoice is marked as paid?

Hello,We recently implemented direct debit and automatic payments for our customers using XERO and GoCardless.We were under the impression that clients would be receiving a “receipt” or acknowledgement of payment, but unfortunately this is not the case, it looks like Stripe DOES send one, but GoCardless doesnt.I’m now wanting to sent a payment receipt when an invoice is paid, via XERO. I believe this is just a matter of sending the invoice again once it has been marked as paid, and the client will receive it as a “paid” invoice/receipt.I’m having a little trouble figuring this out and am a bit of a Zapier newbie - I’ve setup a ZAP with “New Payment in XERO” as the trigger, and “Send sales invoice by email in xero” as the action. It asks me to select the Organisaton, which is pretty straight forward, but it then asks me to select the “invoice ID”, this is where I get a little confused, as I need the trigger to select the invoice that has been paid… ie- all of them, when they are marked

Hi everyone,This might be a newbie question, but I cannot figure it out for the life of me so your help would be greatly appreciated. So the idea is simple: we have a subscription configured in Stripe. The said subscription renews automatically every year. What we’d like is that every time the subscription renews, the subscriber is automatically sent an email from Mailchimp. So what trigger should we be choosing? Because neither New Subscription nor Updated Subscription seems to be right. Thanks in advance for your help!

Here’s the scenario:We scan documents as PDFs into a folder on a Windows file server The Windows file server has Google Desktop installed When the scanned documents are uploaded to the Windows file server, Google Desktop syncs the folder to a Google Drive (My Drive) We then manually transfer the PDFs from the Google Drive to a folder in a Google Shared DriveWhat we’re trying to do is automate the file transfer process (the last step above). We’d like this to occur several times a day. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

New Comment in Facebook - pages missing

This post was split from the topic: I’ve been trying to find an answer for this for quite awhile. You can see the page comes up. But in Zapier it does not and will not come up with the page id in custom. Please explain what I am doing wrong. I can connect to other pages. No pages HerePicked the page (I am administrator or it would not come up here)

Looking for assistance in creating my first ZAP. The assignment is to Create a Zapier Interfaces Form asking people to RSVP for a dinner that you’re hosting. For anyone that says yes, please send them an email letting them know further details, and then set up a reminder email that is sent to them 1 day before the event.
