Hi, I’m experiencing an issue with the DealMachine integration.

Whenever I test it, the contact data exported from DealMachine appears incomplete — the phone numbers and emails fields always come through empty. This seems to be an error, since most contacts inside DealMachine actually include more than five phone numbers and multiple email addresses.

When I attempt to integrate DealMachine with any other app or workflow, the entire process gets stuck at that step because the phone and email fields are blank.

Is there any way to fix this or allow DealMachine to pass through all available contact data properly?

For us to have more info, post these screenshots:

  • how your Zap steps are outlined
  • how your Zap steps are configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible
  • any encountered errors in Zap steps

I try to structure my zap using a deal machine as a trigger, with lead status change. I want to conect with then next action in Lead connector

Things to check/try:

  • Try turning the Zap ON and testing live, then check the Zap Run history to see the DATA IN/OUT to see if those data points are available
  • You can add a Filter step to check for the existence of an email address to determine if that Zap Run should be processed to GHL
  • If the issue persist, reach out to DealMachine Support for help with their Zap app integration

Before we dig deeper into this, would you mind sharing a detailed screenshot of how your Zap is configured? Also, please send a screenshot of the sample data of the trigger step.
