I just today established a connection to 17hats. I’m simply looking to add SMS communication but the only action I found was to send a text to me when a contact was changed. Is SMS to/from this even supported by 17hats?

Updated Contact
Triggers when an already existing contact is updated.
This “Updated Contact” and “Create Contact” are the only triggers that have a “Try It” arrow,
What am i missing? Also, isn’t that a way to simply add SMS sent/receive via a trigger?
Every Zap is a sequence of steps that are comprised of a trigger step followed by 1+ action steps.
For each Zap step you need to select the app/event, app account to use, and configure the fields, then test.
The “Try It” option is for Zap triggers, vs Zap actions.
That will create a new Zap template for you with that trigger.
