How do I Trigger on Multiple File Uploads in Google Drive

Hi everyone, I want to handle those 2 use cases : 1/ whenever 1 new file is uploaded in my /folder1/, start a sequence of actions2/ whenever 3 new files are uploaded in another /folder2/, start another sequence of actionsCase1 is super easy with the “New File in Folder in Google Drive” trigger, it works all fine between my different systems. I am stuck with case 2 which has SEVERAL files. For that case, I need to start the sequence of actions only after the 3 files have been fully uploaded to the /folder2. Is there a way to give such a signal ? I was thinking introducing a “Delay/Wait” of a few minutes, which in theory would give enough time to get all 3 files fully uploaded. But not a guarantee.Also I am not sure how to get multiple files at the same time (this is probably another point, first I have to solve the triggering only when all 3 files are ready !)I would appreciate if someone would give me a few hints where to look for a solution :-)Have a great day.

My Zap is composed of a "OneDrive" trigger followed by a "File By Zapier" action to read a CSV, and then a "Looping By Zapier" action to iterate through each line within "Flokzu". Within the CSV I'm iterating through, there's a date field. I need to add 5 days to this date. How can I perform this calculation in Zapier?

Update an Opportunity in GoHighLevel

I am creating a Zapier connection between WIX (Forms) and LeadConnector (GHL). I have two forms that are being filled by a lead. First a first and simple form to increase the rate of leads, and after that a longer and detailed form. Short FormLong FormWhen the short form is filled, an opportunity is created in the GoHighLevel CRM with a specific stage in the pipeline. When that happens automatizations are triggered in which the long form page is sent to them. The issue that I have is that when a person fills the long form, a new contact is created, instead of the first contact (which previously filled the short form) being modified. First and Short Form ZapSecond and Long Form ZapI have been struggling a lot with this. I talked with GHL Support and they say is something to solve in Zapier. Does someone know how to make sure the second Zap updates the original contact/opportunity information instead of creating a new one?Thank you!

How do I schedule recurring meetings in Zapier based on table values?

Good day community members , I have a table on zapier , which has question “No Of Meetings you want in a month “ , if the number in the table is 4 it should create 4  meetings  like (sprint 1 , sprint 2 , sprint 3 and sprint 4) spread across the month. If the number is 5 then it should create 5 meetings like (sprint 1 , sprint 2 , sprint 3 and sprint 4 , sprint 5 ) . What I am doing right now is taking the record from the table , passing it in a loop and creating a event. The issue is that it creates 4 meetings on the same day .

Is it possible to link messages from LinkedIn to Salesforce?

Hello!I'm looking for a way to sync into Salesforce the messages and inemails my team sent on LinkedIn. Is this possible? We have the “Professional” plan.It looks like I'm only available to select the "LinkedIn Ads" App to start the automation, but this is not what I need.Also, I don’t want LinkedIn to create new Lead records, just relate the messages to existing Leads Activity (like tasks or things like that), ignoring the ones I don’t have in SF.I also saw in another question that, LinkedIn messages triggering actions wasn’t supported 10mo ago, but I don’t know if that is now developed or not yet. Any information will be helpful, thank you~

Syncro tickup update to monday help

I have one trigger that takes a new syncro ticket and makes a new item in Monday. This works. What I cannot figure out is how to update the status in monday when that ticket status is updated. I have tried to do a “Get item by column” as a monday action to attempt to tell syncro which item to update …. but the only way I can get this to work is if I tie it to an already existing ticket and entry in monday. Then the statuses will update for that one ticket. But any new tickets don’t work cause I can’t seem to tell syncro to look for and sync a previously entered ticket from the first trigger I previously mentioned. Zendesk has a monday integration where it connects and updates any future changes … it would be great to set something up like this. Can anybody help?

Using Managed Users Email in Zap

How do I use an interface’s managed user email as a variable in a Zap? After the managed user adds a row to a table in an interface, I want to update a hidden field containing their email (used for a dynamic filter) so that other managed users won’t see the row they added.  I’m having trouble finding a way to use “current user’s email” as a variable in a zap that updates the hidden field in the table when they make a new row.  Feel free to ask clarifying questions if needed, Thank you!

ETA for Stripe adapter to support test environment

Hi, is there an ETA for when the Stripe adapter will support the test environment?I have seen other posts which reference a feature request that can be upvoted, but the link was not included. Can you please share that link so people can upvote for this vital feature?We can’t really implement zaps that we cannot test… and workarounds like using webhooks and code seem to defeat the no-code benefits from Zapier. Would prefer for the actual Stripe adapter to support the test environment.Thanks

Text Seperator - Click up to Zapier

I am thinking about an alternative to data entry from Click Up - to Wordpress recipe maker.Anyone have any thoughts at all? Currently recipes are in the task description in CU, and we manually add to WP recipe makerBUT I would love a bulk upload CU Task description to be split into 3 fields 1. Intro paragraph2. Ingredients3 method (The headings are all there in CU task description) HOW can I use formatter to output 3 different fields?? I am struggling with that?? Then I want to output ALL the info from CU (so these 3 fields, plus more information from the task) - into a spreadsheet and into a JSON file to upload in bulk Any help massively appreciated - also happy to pay for a solution to get me there quickly

Woocommerce to Zapier to Kajabi to Active Campaign

Hi there,Im trying to do a somewhat complex process automation which I am unsure it can be done. I have a connection between woocommerce and zapier through a webhook, I sent purchase event data (customer name, email, and some custom date fields) to Active Campaign. But I need to add a new step, to create a user in Kajabi and grant him a specific offer, which need to be sent also to Active Campaign. So I have severals problems with this:The offer in kajabi needs to match the product in woocommerce (can, maybe, be done with product id/offer id?) I can´t see a way to create a user in kajabi and grant him an offer through zapier triggers, on the same automation. I fail to see a way to grab this credentials in kajabi and send them to Active Campaign.I would really appreciate any help guys!

I’ve wanted to post VIDEOS to an Instagram for Business account for some time now. I check back periodically, but it looks like Zapier is still limited to Photos.I was reminded of this when I was getting help at Creatomate, because of the well-explained “How to Automatically Create and Post Social Media Videos with Zapier” article.However, if you want your videos to go to Instagram and LinkedIn, use Make (Integromat), as Zapier doesn't support those platforms yet. Check out this tutorial to find out how. Agh! Well of course I’d prefer to use Zapier, and wonder if any timeline can be shared on progress towards this?My use case includes: use Zapier to automate video posting to an Instagram feed, then embed that feed in another website and show them updated in realtime. 😄I wanted to post this here, in case anyone else is interested and wanted to chime in… the more the merrier! Or something.Thank you.

Then create a new tab on the google sheet with a bar graph representing the new data each time a form is submitted and email the bar graph as a pdf.

Hey Everyone,I’d love your advise on below requirement.I maintain my coaching video recordings on Google drive and want to automatically update a Notion table created to keep them centralised.I setup the standard Zap to connect Google drive new file event to Notion - This is working fine. But the issue is I have different types of coaching sessions (i.e 1:1 coaching, group coaching, team meetings) and I have created a multi select field on My notion table. Once a new record is created on Google drive folder, I want it to look up the file name (If it contains 1:1 coaching then the record should select 1:1 coaching field on Notion table) Thanks for your help in advance.Pan

Good morning,I have a problem, I can't find how to do this on Zapier, I wonder if it's really possible. My goal is to capture leads through Facebook and then, using paper, to do several actions automatically: fill out a Google sheet, send WhatsApp messages, etc.Here's what's blocking me and I'm wondering if it's possible on paper:1- in a Google sheet, I have lines (lead) that I would not like zappier to take into account for its workflow. These lines are checked in a column because they are bad leads. How can I ensure that zapier does not take these lines/lead into account?2- if a lead comes from Facebook Ads several times, zapper will create several lines in Google Sheet, how can I ensure that Zapier does not create a line (lead) if it is already present in the Google Sheet in question?3- by putting a date in a cell of the Google Sheet, I want an appointment to be created in Google Calendar. But each time the zap creates an event on today's date and not on the date indicated in the go

Hi Amazing Community, Looking for some answers and help here. My client asked me to “create a Zapier rule or automation to block her Google Calendar after two (2) meetings in a day.
