Good morning,
I have a problem, I can't find how to do this on Zapier, I wonder if it's really possible. My goal is to capture leads through Facebook and then, using paper, to do several actions automatically: fill out a Google sheet, send WhatsApp messages, etc.
Here's what's blocking me and I'm wondering if it's possible on paper:
1- in a Google sheet, I have lines (lead) that I would not like zappier to take into account for its workflow. These lines are checked in a column because they are bad leads. How can I ensure that zapier does not take these lines/lead into account?

2- if a lead comes from Facebook Ads several times, zapper will create several lines in Google Sheet, how can I ensure that Zapier does not create a line (lead) if it is already present in the Google Sheet in question?

3- by putting a date in a cell of the Google Sheet, I want an appointment to be created in Google Calendar. But each time the zap creates an event on today's date and not on the date indicated in the gogole sheet with the rap pointing at the start/end of the event on the "date" column.

4- I would like to trigger/activate the zap from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the evening, but for it to be paused in the evening from 6 p.m. How to do ? Because I don't see a way to activate and deactivate the headings according to times.

Thank you for your help because I have the impression that this is not possible under Zapier

Hi @Thetys

WhatsApp Messenger is not supported as a Zap app, but WhatsApp Notifications is.

https://zapier.com/apps/whatsapp-messenger/integrations

https://zapier.com/apps/whatsapp-notifications/integrations#triggers-and-actions

You can add a Filter as Step 2 in your Zap: https://zapier.com/apps/filter/help

Help for using GSheets in Zaps: https://zapier.com/apps/google-sheets/help

To prevent duplicates, you can use this Zap action: GSheets - Lookup Row (else Create Row)

For the Date issue, you would need to post screenshots with how the Zap steps are outlined and configured to give us more context.

For biz hours...

thnak you @Troy Tessalone

I would like to send message to my customer, and no me. The number arrive from facebook leads using zapier to an app (what app can do that with zapier ?)

I only want my zap will be actif since monday (8:00 AM to 19: PM) to friday (8:00 AM to 19: PM). I do not have time in my data, but it will be the same activiy to send message and using zap every week.  But i do not find how can doing that.

Hi @Thetys 👋

Hope you don’t mind be hopping in here to lend a hand with this. As Troy mentioned, WhatsApp Messenger is not currently available on Zapier. But there’s an internal wishlist of apps to have added to Zapier and the WhatsApp Messenger app is on it, so I’ve added your vote for it. I can’t make any promises around when/if it might be added but we’ll be sure to let you know as soon as it is!

Perhaps you could try one of the SMS apps listed here to send out an SMS directly to the customer?

If you only want the Zap to send messages during business hours I’d recommend checking out the following guide for details on how to add that sort of functionality to a Zap:

Hope that helps. Let us know if you have any further questions or run into any trouble - happy to assist further! 🙂
