I am looking for a way to automate and streamline the task of managing the membership list for a small social club. In order to explain what I am looking for, I think it’s important to stress who the users of this will be: I am the “webmaster” for a local beekeeping club. Just a local social club of people who enjoy beekeeping.Like almost all social clubs, we have a membership - but (and this is important) - We do NOT “sell membership things on our website”. I will say at the outset that our club is using GSuit for Non-profits, which gives us access to all of the “google goodies”. Ok, here is the nitty gritty of what I am looking for. I am trying to integrate our app by using webhook triggers. We made a subsciption API and we store webhook urls on our end. Our problem is we cannot trigger zap by sending post request to that webhookUrl. It shows success on postman but no zap shows up.
HI i have a ZAP that transfers the data from a google form to a google sheet and it works fine EXCEPT that its picking up an ID number from google forms?That seems to making Zapier fill in row 29 (in this case) instead of simple the next row and therefore inserting gaps in the rows.How do i make it simply append the the next row and not use this ID please?
Hi all,I’m trying to create a Zapier Interface form that, once completed, creates a new Customer Record in Xero with the data from the form.My issue is with the Registered Address and Shipping Address (or Postal Address and Physical Address, as Xero calls it).Background:The CSV export from Xero for Customer Records contains individual columns for each subsection of each address. I run javascript code to create line items of invoices, where each invoice can contain multiple line items. I can successfully use a Loop Action to loop through the invoices but the line items for each invoice seems to show every line item across all invoices. I’m very new to Zapier. In Monday, Our team is creating many different boards (Out of template) through our main board of activities.They do that through a “checkbox column” that if it changes, a board is being created.Over time the new boards list grew longer, and it is somehow difficult to find the relevant board to the item in the main board. I’m trying to find a solution for that.I want to add a column in our main board of activities, which has a link to the new board that was created out of template through the checkbox column.I’ve tried to play with zapier apps to get the new board ID and paste it in a link column in the main board, but couldn’t find how to do that. Hello everyone,I’m currently experiencing a problem with "Webhooks by Zapier" when sending a GET request to Sendoso. Despite receiving a 404 status code, Zapier does not recognize this as a successful step. Consequently, it does not proceed to the error handler or the subsequent step. Instead, I encounter the following error message:"Failed to create a request in Webhooks by Zapier. Product Associated to Touch is not multistyled (HTTP Status Code: 404)"This issue is preventing proper error handling and data processing in my workflow. Has anyone else encountered this problem, or does anyone have insights on how to get Zapier to correctly handle a 404 response as a part of the flow? Any suggestions or workarounds would be greatly appreciated!Thank you!

Hello, I am creating a zap catching Linear issue updates and logging them into a Notion table. Unfortunately, in the Linear event trigger and later in recording the event, I don’t see who triggered it. I can see only the issue creator and assignee but not who did the change. My use case is that I need to log ticket Rejection status changes made by certain people. What else I can do to get the full information about the event?Ideas are welcome.
I was on the (free) Legacy Plan where my Zaps was working but limited. So I switched to the Free Plan - but now, I cannot publish any Zap anymore and all Zaps are switched off. Attempt to switch on fail without an error.Any ideas?
I currently have a website on Kajabi with a product in membership format. My product includes several different offers (some bought it at one price and others at another price). I have about fifteen offers with different prices. I'll spare you the why but, I'm changing my name and Kajabi. I therefore have to migrate the 1000 people (under different offers) who have a subscription to my product (either with stripe or paypal) to a new stripe or a new paypal. Is it possible to create automation with Zapier to avoid them all having to re-register? This would include, a new website, a new stripe and a new PayPal. I would like to be able to export each list. Example, those who have the subscription at $15 per month, I exported it to the new platform and made them a grant offer but created a zapier which says that those who have such a grant offered, must transfer their stripe subscription or paypal on the new stripe or paypal. Is it possible ? Hope I'm clear :P
Hello,I got this error when trying to update contacts between Wix Automations and Brevo. I figured the phone number needed to be reformatted, but adding that action didn’t help. This was a randomly generated contact for testing so I’m not sure if it just doesn’t like that it’s a fake number? Any other ideas of how to resolve? Thanks

I created a Zap that connects a Gravity Forms form entry on a Wordpress site to an Airtable table. I have set it up so that it creates a new record in Airtable when a Gravity forms entry is submitted. I tested the Zap and it works - I am able to import a record from Gravity forms into Airtable. I am also able to successfully transfer multiple records into Airtable. However, the Zap is not automatically adding new entries to Airtable when they are submitted in gravity forms. I believe i have everything set up properly and am not able to debug what the problem is.

Hey everyone!Just joined the Zapier community and I'm loving this automation app. Right now, I'm setting up an automation between Hubspot and Notion. In Notion, I have two pages: "Clients" (which has client contact info) and "Projects" (where clients can find useful links and info). Here's what I've got so far:When the Lead Status updates to "open" on Hubspot, Create a new entry in the Clients database in Notion with the contact info from Hubspot. Create a new entry in Project database in Notion named [Hubspot Contact Company Name] x Jean-Baptiste.However, even though I've set up a default template as "New page", when the last step is completed, it still creates a blank page. I remember seeing a request about this last year, is there another way to go about it?Thanks a bunch!

Hello! Can someone help me with the problem? I created a connection, when to Google Sheet new info adds, I get an email with that information. But, there is such a problem, when the new row is adding, they send an email with all the rows that were before in different emails. But I need to get the email, only with the information in a new row. Does anyone know the solution?
