I would like to link my company's Instagram account to a dashboard on Monday.com so I can track the performance, such as followers, likes etc. I would also like to do this for Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
I’m synching subscriber status between three platforms. When a person unsubscribes from one platform, I zap that to MailerLite, but receive an error (event unsubscribe) if the subscriber doesn’t exist. I’d prefer to do a query first, but that event doesn’t exist. I realize that would consumer an action, but it’s better than risking the zap stopping.How do I request a query event (does subscriber exist) for the MailerLite?
I've built a zap that when someone follows my twitter account @hiring, it sends a prompt to open ai to write a haiku taking into account their handle and about information. then it will auto tweet the haiku to the person who followed. I have it working but I want the tweet to the person to start with @(username) the issue is when it tweets, it is leaving out the @ symbol. Hello,I am new to Zapier and I am learning.My goal is to connect a Google Sheets Worksheet to a Facebook Page and create FacebookEvents posting for a business FB account. The trigger is a Google Sheets Worksheet row addition. The action is creating a Facebook Events posting from the data added to row of Google Sheets Worksheet. My problem is that I cannot find a Zap that automates this action. Does anyone have a solution or advice to create this Zap? Please let me know if you need additional details. Thank you in advance.

I am trying to send NEW google Contacts or Updated info on contacts to Follow Up boss- but follow up boss isn’t fully relevant here. When I add a google contact from my desktop it always has type- so mobile is usually the default- that’s fine. BUT when I add from my iphone it is undefined - this presents an issue creating a zap for phone number or email when the types are always different. I can’t seem to figure out how to make sure the zap just ADDS A PHONE NUMBER and EMAIL Period!
I am trying to automate every time we add someone into PCO, that they also get added into Freshsales, something we are using as a CRM to move people through a preset funnel of tasks.PCO and Zapier work together. The only problem is that I do not seem to have the option to export their phone number and email, two of the most fundamental aspects of the account. I am not sure if this is an error or if there is a work around that someone can recommend.
Hi,I use the email parser => YNAB Zap.Problem: the amount in the email is in a German format with a comma instead of a decimal point. So out of 4 euros and 99 cents (4,99 EUR), Zapier makes 499 EUR because it awaits a decimal point but gets a comma. Can anybody help?amount: -499.00amount_formatted: -€499,00 But in a US format, the correct should be EUR4.99. Thanks,Christoph
I’m pretty new at this. So I’m pretty happy that I was able to create a Zap that uses a trigger of “new calendar event” in Outlook, to create a copy of that event on another calendar without Outlook. That works great. However, if I delete the event or update it, it does not seem to also update the zapped copy. How do I get it to do that?
I am trying to use the Zapier formatter to format Markdown as HTML. It properly makes the first bulleted list an unordered list using <li> tags, but then makes the rest of the lists into <em> which is an emphasis tag. I do not see any spacing issues and I have validated the markdown in multiple tools and it is valid and renders correctly.I can correct the issue by making sure that the first line before each list of bullets is a ###. So for example, if I cut the “This breaks out like this per client:” out of the snip below, they will render as list items. As I understand it, my markdown is valid either way. Hi, I know this will be a simple solution but I cant find anything about it! We have multiple numerical values being passed through Zapier to Hubspot. Recently, Hubspot has decided that they no longer accept numbers with commas in so the zaps cant proceed. Is there a way, via formatter or code, to remove all commas in any number fields? An example of what gets passed through can be seen below: Just want to remove the comma from any fields that come through with it. The number of fields with numbers can vary from 0-7 in any one zap. Hi everyone!I have a workflow between Airtable and Dropbox, where in airtable we create a new project and the zap should create a project folder in dropbox. I has been working fine for a while and suddenly I am getting this error message: Unable to pull recordsPlease reload the page. If the issue persists, troubleshoot error or contact Support.Error code: Error while retrieving: Response payload size exceeded maximum allowed payload size (6291556 bytes). I am not sure how to proceed further. Appreciate any help
I’m using the Zapier Chrome extension as a trigger & trying to parse the data that’s on a page that requires a login. Since it requires a login, Zapier can’t parse the page. Currently I just have it set up with the Crome extension trigger to have input fields where I copy & paste the few pieces of data I need from the page. But is there a way to send that data to Zapier while I’m logged in? I’m fine with manually triggering it, but trying to avoid copy pasting.

I’m on a premium trial subscription, and I see on https://zapier.com/apps/oncehub/integrations/zoho-crm under actions - more - there’s a “Create A Lead” category that I would like to use in my event type as I’m creating a Zap. That category is not available in the options for me under Event Type, and I’m trying to figure out how to get it to show up. The trial subscription shouldn’t have anything to do with it? I’m noticing a lot of other Actions that I’m not seeing as options on my setup.
I have a Zap that is rather complicated but is working with a random glitch that I cannot track down.Gravity Forms entry to sheet entry. This is the master sheet for the next steps. Never have issues here. When a row of data is approved (via timestamp) in the master sheet it triggers a zap that looks up the row that was approved. This value is then used to update the corresponding rows on two other (slave) sheets. Problem I am randomly having is that it will delete the appropriate row on the slave sheets but then will occasionally duplicate the data immediately below. Thus, the updated data becomes totally missing from the slave sheets as it is never written to them. Sometimes a row will just disappear. Throws the sheet into disarray on succeeding approvals if duplication isn’t immediately caught and rectified. IOW, this problem can become compounding since everything relies on the same number of rows AND sort order.Some more info.All three sheets have the same number of rows and the r
On our community's entrance gate pad (Doorking DKS), the guest types in 484 then presses CALL. The gate's number (561-361-8674) then dials my cell number (561-268-1349), which I answer. Then I press 9 to open the gate (Chamberlain ELITE Access Systems) for the guest. How do I automate getting the gate to open without me having to press 9?
My zapier function gets some data from a webhook , such as Client Name, Client phone, etc. and it also contains the URL.then I cross reference the URL on a google sheet table to figure out where to send it to.My issue is that the URL that comes in on the webhook is 1 or 2 formatsdomain.com/page or domain.com/page/ (one has a trailing slash and the other dosent)and when I cross reference, I dont want to have to split and duplicate function for a version with and without a trailing slash so Im trying to do something like [dynamic value] || [dynamic value]/ as the lookup value for the excel column, but that dosent work. Ive tried making the website 100% send the data with a trailing slash but that is way to complicated. Ive tried htaccess and all this stuff, and it still isnt 100% consistent. any ideas?

The client name though comes in as a First and Last Name combined as a full name. It took awhile to get this setup through the company so I haven’t tried to modify anything with this webhook yet. But my main question is if I can have this same webhook populate to another sheet or zap with the same data for then doing what we really need for a 2nd use case? If I could create a 2nd zap that takes this webhook data and we can create new subscribers in Flodesk or update/search to make sure they aren’t in flodesk already before creating a new subscriber that is what we are after. The 2nd question is the original option I was after which was to wait for the webhook to create the spreadsheet row as normal then have zapier watch t

Hello, I was looking for some help creating an automation that does the following:Trigger is the creation of a new google calendar event Automation would then email me a a list of all the events starting today or later that the attendees from the new google calendar event are already invited to on my current google calendar I’ve tried doing this with the digest function but haven’t found a way to make that work. I’ve also tried doing this with the find google calendar event function but this only returns a single event. Thank you for any help with this.
