Hello, glad to meet  with great community. I have WebAPI for trigger which has date range, like StartDate and EndDate. We have a lot of data and we decided to limit them for dates range. Now I am setting up new intergation based on this API. I want to set these two inputs parameters automatically like:StartDate = 01-01-1900 for first call of trigger OR EndDate from previous call of the trigger.EndDate = current date. As result I want to see next picture, for example:1 call of trigger - StartDate = 01.01.1900, EndDate = 01.05.20212 call of trigger - StartDate = 01.05.2021, EndDate = 01.06.20213 call of trigger - StartDate = 01.06.2021, EndDate = 01.07.2021 and ect. How can I get access to input values from previous step and also I must be sure that previous call was successful. Thanks and best regards.

Hi there,I have my emails connected to Zapier so that when I get an email it creates a pipedrive contact. How can I easily add their phone number to the contact? Currently I am searching the email for a number and using that as the phone number. It has been successful until someone has numbers in their email address (such as test327@gmail.com).Note: The emails are from a website contact form so there are only limited fields that pull through. So the number is always after the word ‘Phone’.Thanks!

I am looking to create a new zap that triggers when ever a row is updated in SQL Server.Then I need a filter out only rows where a specific column has been updated.I’m not sure how to use the Filter step to find out what column has changed.Then the next challenge I have is that is it possible to get both the old value and the new value?It looks like zapier hashes the row, but I cant find any examples on how to do this.Thanks!Steve

Hi, new to Zapier here! I’ve created an account and starting my first Zap. I connected my Google account and I see a number of my Google worksheets in the dropdown list. But the particular worksheet I want to use is not appearing in the list, nor can I search it from the search bar (comes up with nothing found). What do I need to do in order for the worksheet to appear in the list? My ultimate goal is to create new Google Calendar events from time shift entries in my Google Sheet doc.

Hi Folks,I created an app on zapier (dummy name) “xyz”.I am a developer of “xyz” app who is integrating the “xyz” plugin into zapier.I configured this app by selecting the authentication method as “API Key Authentication”. While configuring it, I provided the API endpoint URL. After configuring this, I went to user side and connected the “xyz” account in zapier while making a zap. So, entering API Key and SID, zapier is hitting my server twice.Why it is happening ? Thanks in Advance... 

Use case: Remind managers new hire is starting next week Hi, I’d like setup a zap to send a reminder email 1 week before a date in a google spreadsheet.  So, i’d need zapier to look at all of the rows in  column D in a spreadsheet and find where that date = 1 week before today. For those rows, send an email to manager’s email in row E to remind them of something.  Can this be done?  Thanks!

Hello,  I would like to know how to integrate Facebook Event in a post.  When I am sharing a link in a zap with Facebook post, only the link is displayed but not the event integration as we can see when we are creating manually a post with a facebook event Example : 

I have a group set up in Mailchimp to show whether a customer has purchased one or more of the three courses we’re offering. Let’s say the course options are Enhancement>course 1, Enhancement>course 2, and Enhancement>course 3 to make it easy.I’d like my Zap to remove one of the options when a customer stops paying for it, but still leave the other options. In my case, it’s a Mighty Networks trigger (I think it’s named “Member Left>Course”), so when a member who is paying for courses 1, 2, and 3, leaves course 1, the Zap tells Mailchimp to remove course 3 but course 1 and 2 are not affected.I cannot see how to do this. I can see how to add to a group without affecting the other characteristics, but I can’t see how to clear an element without affecting the others in the same group.Also, I’m on a free account, so Paths are not an option (in case that’s a way to do it).

I have a customer that needs to integrate Salesforce with Sage Accounts 50, now my knowledge and expertise of Sage is limited but I’ve been able to get these requirements from the customerWeb Form is submitted for a course Course information including payment amount is sent to Salesforce (Opportunity record) and the payment into the Amount field They’d then like Salesforce to push that data into the Bank Module in Sage and create an “Order Receipt” with details from the Opportunity and the Payment AmountI’ve already attempted this myself but it seems that Sage is only capable of creating a Sales Invoice using the Zapier sync, could anyone advise on/if this can be done through Zapier?Many Thanks

Hi Zaiper, We have a concern about how Zapier and how it will work on our end.IMPORT PRODUCTSWe are trying to create and update product using  Google Sheet > Shopify Update / Create New Product, so everytime there is a new row under our Google sheet the Zapier will trigger and create new product to shopify which is good.But when there is an update under the row, the zapier creates new product again leading to duplicate our product which creates new handle. On our google sheet there is a designated handle, so that if there is an update in the product it will just update on the specified handle.Main concern: Can we have a field on the Update / Create New Product to have ‘Handle’ field? Hi,  I have a zap workflow for Airtable where the trigger is “New or Updated Record in Airtable”. The Airtable database is composed of customers’ information (names and other relevant information). The zap is triggered once a new entry is made/updated and sends an email to our staff notifying of this update. Currently, the workflow is as follows:One of our employees creates a new entry in Airtable with only the customer’s First and Last Name Airtable creates a form that we then sent to the customer to be filled out by them with the remaining information required The zap is triggered and sends us a notification email notifying of the creation of the record, creates a new folder in Google Drive and the relevant Google Doc. I quite frequently use the Hubspot deal property change trigger. In Hubspot when you change a property, it keeps a ledger of the property change. In Zapier, I can pull all deal properties, but I’d like to be able to filter based on who changed the deal property. If source is API, stop Zap. Does anyone have any advice on how you could get Source to become visible in zapier?

Has anyone had trouble connecting Kajabi through Zapier? It is asking me for an offer number from Kajabi to use but I can’t find my offer numbers anywhere. I contacted Kajabi and they don't know either. Thanks!Karen 

I’m creating a zap that requires a custom http request to Xero as I  have to get access to some nested JSON objects in the request. Is there a way to use our existing Xero connections to get  a current Access Token and use it in the zap python code, or just a way to Authorize the Zap to get the initial tokens. I don’t see a way to get to Xero’s consent screen or use an existing connection when you write a custom request as code or  as a webhook. The Webhook seems to just offer basic authentication.

Hi, I’m trying to set up a zap where when my customer cancels a subscription they are removed from a mailchimp tag. However when stripe is sending over the information it is not sending over the email data so I’m unable to choose it. I can see that many people are using this zap set up so I am sure I am just missing something. Could someone please help me?Thank you.

Hi all, I am trying to export the Employee sheet from Smartsheet to either Firebase Cloud Firestore or Firebase Realtime Database. I want know what is the best approach to this.  I have gone through the ‘Firebase / Firestore + Smartsheet Integrations’ guide, but I am struggling to get over every row from smartsheet to Firebase. If someone could explain on how to achieve this I would really appreciate it thanks.
