 Is the evernote free plan unlimited for creating notes or not?

 

On this page it says that the number of notes or the amount is unlimited:  https://evernote.com/compare-plans 

 

However, on this other page the information is contrary: https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/209005247
