Daily Summary Digest of Multiple Articles from a single RSS feed?

I have it set up so that any time there is a new article posted in an RSS feed, ChatGPT summarizes the article and then emails me the summary. Is there a way to set it up so that it only checks the RSS field once daily and then sends all of the new article links to ChatGPT and then summaries for each one are put into a single email that is emailed to me? I’d like to avoid the 1 email for every 1 new item in the RSS field and instead batch them into a once daily digest. Thanks for any help/ideas/suggestions!!

How to sync Asana projects in different accounts via custom fields?

I need to sync a project between two different Asana accounts/organizations. Both organizations have a project called ‘Calendar’, and I need to keep the two in sync so that updates on either end will push to the other account. Relevant Account #1 task fields: Name Notes/description Due date Completion status Custom field: NU_task_ID Relevant Account #2 task fields: Name Notes/description Due date Completion status Custom field: MM_task_ID I have set up a Zap to create a new task in the Calendar project in account #2, whenever a task is created in the Calendar project in account #1. It pushes the fields above (name, notes, due date etc); as well populating the custom field ‘MM_task_ID’ with the ID of the task in account #1 that has been duplicated.… And a second Zap to mirror this so if the task is initiated in account #2, it will push to account #1. I need to create a second set of Zaps for when one of these tasks is updated, and I’m hoping to

How do I filter specific Calendly events to HubSpot using Zapier?

Our entire company uses Calendly from the sales team to the customer relations team to the accounting team, etc… Because of this, when the integration is active, tons of unwanted contacts are being imported into Hubspot (including private contacts like when our CEO has investor meetings, etc). We only want certain contacts from a specific sales Calendly event to be created in Hubspot. Is that possible with Zapier? The filters do not seem to prevent this, and I can’t seem to find a good solution. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Updating rows in Google Sheets as time entries get updated in Teamwork

I currently have Zapier pulling into google sheets all new time entries made in teamwork. Do you know if there is a way to update time entries in google sheets when they are updated in teamwork? Often times, if a entry is made incorrectly the first time, the team member will have to go back into teamwork to update the mistake they made. How do I make sure this update is reflected in my google sheet as well?

Importing information from an Outlook to Monday, is this still the best way?

The reason I am posting is because the following post is two years old: So I was curious if an email parser is still required to pull information out of an Outlook email and into a column for a board in Monday.com? Our use case is details from a vendor about a client update. I will take the details and zap it into the workspace where we have a column labeled Updates. From which I will add to tag everyone on the board.

How do I automate tasks in Apollo.io for email interactions from Constant Contact via Zapier?

I’m wanting to utilize my lead-gen platform Apollo.io to follow up on clients that open/click on emails that I send from Constant Contact. Apollo creates tasks for my agents to follow-up. I’d like to automate a task for any time a client clicks or opens and email. There is no internal connection, so we need to go through Zapier.  I have had trouble creating Zaps to get these two apps to talk. Does anyone have experience here? Am I even able to accomplish this on a free plan?  Further, if I am able to do this, is there a way for the Zap to be automated for every email going forward, or does this mean I would have to create a new Zap for every email?

How do I assign (Lofty) CRM items to agents in monday.com using text string match?

Hi all, I am setting up a zap that takes items from our CRM (Lofty) and creates the new object in Monday.com. When I pull the agent name from Lofty I am trying to assign it to that same agent in Monday.  The issue is the agents in Monday are assignable via a dropdown.  Is it possible to use the agents name text string  to match to the agents name in the dropdown? Thanks

How do I export json for old versions of a zap

I want to do code diffs of my zaps to review them using code diff tools, but whenever I export json it always exports the most recent version. How do I export json for historical versions?P.S. I would love to see (or be hired to lead ;) ) import/export json for zapier over an API so that zapier can become a part of infrastructure as code!

Hi All,I am successfully sending entries to Outlook calendar, and they are showing at the correct time (08:00AM in this case), however the entry goes in with UTC time which needs changing by my staff.On test output i get this;originalStartTimeZone: UTCoriginalEndTimeZone: UTCand as for the date/timestartDateTime: 2022-07-15T22:00:00ZendDateTime: 2022-07-15T22:00:00Z Ideally these entries would be in AEST (GMT +1000) - I have added Z to the end of the date formatter to show +1000, however i still see the entry as UTC What specifically is used to set originalStartTimeZone and originalEndTimeZone?

I'm starting by connecting the trigger via Facebook Leads Ads, but I can't find a solution how to connect the email to which the data from Facebook forms will be sent (the email was created on GoDaddy via DNS). Maybe via SMTP by Zapier, but I'm not sure.

How do I automatically update a Zapier table with changes from a shared Google Sheet?

Hello! We are converting our data to a Zapier table, but bringing on multiple third parties to quickly input the information. As they don’t have access to our Zapier account, is there any way to have them collaborating in a google sheet and then automatically having those changes updated in the Zapier table?  I’ve been working on a zap for this, however there doesn’t appear to be an option just to copy the changes in creating a new record. Thanks in advance!Sonja

Possible to trigger zap on receipt of a tagged Outlook email (user+tag@domain.com)?

Looking at past posts, it looks like the standard answer is “don’t use Outlook, Gmail has more trigger options,” but just in case...I an on m365 and use +tags for some inbound emails so that I can easily filter/trigger automations. I was hoping to set up a zap to trigger when a tagged email is received. It looks like you can only trigger for an inbox … so instead of tags, I’d have to set up a shared mailbox for each use case, as an alternative to using +tags.Is that the case? Or am I missing something?Thanks,Sara

Hey! i have some trouble creating an google calender invitation for our guests. the thing is, i create succesfully an event and have correct email adresses in attendees. on my end i can see the correct event but why the attendees dont get any emails? i was thinking if i add the email adress of the attendees, they will get some sort of notification or invitation. Its not happening.How can i notify the guest that there is an event for them? Is google calender the only solution i have on zapier for creating an event and send invitations?

How do I send Facebook Leads to specific columns in a Google Sheet via Zapier?

I need to send new leads in FB into a google sheet But here's the catch... I only want to fill in specific columns of the spreadsheet row (the first 4 columns of the row) However, when I create a new spreadsheet row, it clears the entire row, including the preset fields I set up in the google sheet How do I achieve this? I tried finding tutorials online, but I cant seem to find any…   This is the 4 pieces of info I want to fill into the first 4 columns of the spreadsheet row    This is what I want to achieve   But, this is what I’m getting   All my preset drop downs and presets in the other columns of the row disappear, which i definitely don’t want

Why Replay successful task

Zapier is proving to be a joke.Not sure the logic behind, “You can’t replay a sucessful Zap”.  Has Zapier ever heard of testing?  This is the dumbest thing I have ever heard.  If you are testing, you NEED to make updates and re-run.  Why the software would BUILD INTO THE PRODUCT, that you cannot re-run, is perposterous.  I guess this is truly only for micro small businesses that do not understand testing and don’t need this capability.

How do I upload multiple files from a HubSpot form to Google Drive with unique names using Zapier?

I need to get multiple files that are being submitted through a hubspot form and upload them to a google drive folder with the contact record name. So far I made it work with just 1 file, but I need it to work when users select multiple files to upload. My steps are: New form submission in hubspot Find contact in hubspot. This takes the email on the form and grabs the First and Last name after finding a contact with that email. Text formatter by Zappier. I added this to format the URL from the form and split it into the multiple files URLs. Create Loop From line items in looping Get File Public URL. This should grab the URLs from the text formatter/Loop Find a folder in Google Drive. I take again the first and last name to avoid a duplicate and if there isn’t a folder with those it creates it Upload file So far the loop kinda works, if I upload 5 files it uploads 5 files, but is always the first URL, so the first file is repeated 5 times. I also tried adding a Google sheet to send the

Hi, In my regular expression for extracting a text string it seems \d and \d+ don’t work like they are supposed to. The string I’m looking to extract is “Nomen Nescio on maksanut laskun 490” (the name obviously varies), for which I thought “\w+ \w+ on maksanut laskun \d+” should work (it works on https://regex101.com/). This however produces no output in Zapier.  When I remove the \d+ the regexp works as anticipated, yielding “Nomen Nescio on maksanut laskun”. How could I catch the figure that comes after the text “… on maksanut laskun”? Rgds, Björn

How do I auto-populate the "Contract_id" field in Spotdraft's 'Questioner Response' trigger when creating a contract?

Now, the user flow we want is:Use a trigger “Contract Create” in Spotdraft(which is trigger whenever a contract is created), and it’s response contains a field by the name of Contract_id. Now, we have another trigger in Spotdraft named “Questioneer response”(which returns us the metadata response for the given contract) which has an input field of Contract_id. Now we want that whenever a “Contract Create” is trigger it automatically populate the Contract_id, feild of “Questioners response” trigger. Could you please help with how can we achieve it?

How do I attach a document to a new task in ClickUp?

Hi, I have a zap that flows as follows:trigger: Document is completed in panda docstep 1: find deal in pipedrivestep 2: update deal in pipedrive (to update the status of the deal to “won”)step 3: create task in click up During step three, I was hoping to be able to attach the document from Pandadoc to the new task in click up. I have tried adding a “files” field in my click up template but that is not coming up as an available field to then attach the document to in zapier.  I am happy to use either pandadoc or pipedrive as the document source, but the location the document is attached to must be the new task that is created in this zap.
