Got it — yes, this can definitely be automated.

We can set up a workflow that pulls data daily from those two Salesforce links, sends the results to separate tabs in a Google Sheet, and then uses a formula or script to highlight matching entries.

Were you able to get this sorted? If you did, we’d love to hear about what the solution was. Did you go with the approach that Adil Waqas suggested here?

If not, can you tell us a bit more about the desired workflow here. In particular I’d like to know a bit more about the links and what data sort of data needs to be extracted and compared? Are they links to reports or links to specific records for example? And what are you looking to match the entries on, a specific or dynamic keyword or are you looking for duplicate entries?
