Upon trying to connect SuperOffice i get a redirection link which hangs for a few seconds and then proceeds to throw a message that the connection has expired. Multiple attempts results in the same outcome. What can i do?

thanks but this documentation is very outdated and suggests the same process i’ve tried already :/ contacted support

I had a look at the ticket you’ve got open with our Support team and they found an error mentioning that account didn’t have the required admin rights. But, you’ve since updated those permissions and the error is still showing up.

It seems to me like there may be a bug with the SuperOffice app’s authentication, so your best bet would be to continue working with our Support team on this. If it does turn out to be a bug, they’ll be able to open a report for the SuperOffice’s developers to investigate further.

Keen to ensure this gets sorted, do let me know how things go with them!
