Using Zaps to transfer form data to NationBuilder CRM

Hi Everyone! 

 

I’m trying to use Zapier to connect some forms listed on a website to NationBuilder. The basic information from the form is being transferred to NationBuilder including name, email etc. However I also have dropdown questions for region and short answer questions. Is it possible to set it up so the information selected from a dropdown menu is transferred rather than just the first dropdown menu option?

For us to have more info, post these screenshots:

  • how your Zap steps are outlined
  • how your Zap steps are configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible
  • any encountered errors when testing the Zap steps

Were you able to get this sorted? If not, is it that you’re looking to dynamically select the value in a dropdown field?

If you are, try using the custom value option. You can learn more about it here: Add custom values to dropdown menu fields in Zaps
