Just wanted to check how you’re getting on? Were you able to get this sorted?

If not, are you using Microsoft Outlook’s New Email trigger and trying to upload attachments to Google Drive? If you are, and there’s multiple attachments on the email that could be why they are being uploaded as Zip files. 

In which case, I’d suggest switching to the New Attachment trigger for Microsoft Outlook instead as that should trigger on each attachment individually and allow the Zap to upload it to Google Drive, without it being zipped. One thing to note on that is, if there’s only certain kinds of files you want uploaded you may want to explore using a Filter to ensure only certain file types are uploaded.
