I am attempting to set something up here and I can’t figure out how to do it.

 

On my company drive I have a 17 page google document that outlines policies and procedures for handling inbound calls to the company. Chat GPT helped me write it, it is pretty detailed. 

 

I have been able to get Zapier connected to my phone system using an API GET request to allow Zapier to grab transcripts of every call that anyone in the company takes. What I want is to have Zapier AI analyze each and every call and, using the information from the call manual, review that call for adherence to company policies.

I am able to connect the Zapier AI to the API request, but how do i add the context of the google doc to the AI? It wont let me link to a google document when adding data to the prompt, and the google drive and google doc plugins don't seem to have an option of just adding that document in for context.

Can someone tell me how to do this?

The document data may be too large in size to use in an AI prompt.

You may have to explore using the ChatGPT/OpenAI Zap app integration.

Zap action: Upload File

Then you can reference the file in other ChatGPT/OpenAI actions that support referencing files.
