How to apply changes to multiple Zaps in Zapier

Hi all,

Is there a way to make a change in a zap and apply it to other zaps?

Still very new to the platform but have discovered a change that needs to occur over multi zaps and looking for a way to change one and apply to others if possible.

Thanks

Hi @chloemarkulic

Each Zap has to have steps configured separately.

You can copy/paste steps across Zaps:

Hi there, @chloemarkulic 👋

Did that copy/paste feature Troy suggested work for your needs here?

Not sure what kind of update you were looking to make across multiple Zaps but if it was a text change you might want to look at using variables. Global variables can be created and used across multiple Zaps, and any changes you make to them are automatically applied wherever they’re used. You can learn more here: Create reusable variables to use in Zaps

Looking forward to hearing from you!
