How do I transfer existing Cognito Forms entries to Google Sheets using Zapier?

I am setting up a few Zaps to essentially sync Cognito Forms entries with Google Sheets. I already have existing entries in Cognito; is there a way to transfer all of the existing entries to my new Google Sheet? The Zap seems to work, transferring new entries to the correct mapped fields, but I would love to move over my existing entries as well. What is the best way to achieve that, if it’s possible?

It sends an alert in Slack. This is the setup in Zapier: This is what we see in Slack:  What I need is a field that I can use to link directly to the contact record in Slack. Problem: I'm able to download attachments from Outlook, but not PDF files. What variable should I use for the file type, please?I want to download any attached document, generally PDFs, into my directory. It currently works, but only for TXT files.A million thanks.

Does anyone know about creating automated reminders between Jibble and Slack.What I’m looking is that when someone clocks in on Jibble that when they’re reached the 4hr 15min mark of their schedule a Message is automatically sent to them via slack that they need to take their lunch now.Not sure if this is possible.

How do I trigger a Zap when editing payments in QuickBooks Online?

Hi, I have a zap that I want to trigger when payments are edited in Quickbooks. Using the new payment trigger in the Quickbooks integration doesn’t seem to work. I think this is because of the way deduplication works - when the payment is created initially it is assigned an id, which Zapier stores in the deduplication table. When editing the payment in Quickbooks, the payment id remains the same, so Zapier ignores the edited payment as it identifies it as a duplicate. Is there another trigger I could use to trigger the zap when editing payments in Quickbooks? I should also say I need to be able to trigger it both when creating new payments in Quickbooks and when editing payments in Quickbooks too.

I would like to trigger a QBO zap not when the invoice is created, but when it is matched to a bank deposit and its status changes to “deposited.” Is there a way to trigger a QBO zap in this manner? Any assistance would be much appreciated.

How do I use labels in Acuity to automatically trigger follow-up emails?

Hello, I am looking to send follow up emails based on whether someone no showed for a discovery call, or didn’t book a programme off the back of one, 3 days later. If they completed the call I want to send a follow up saying thanks for the call etc, if they didn’t I want to send one saying feel free to book another. I was thinking of using labels in Acuity but I can’t see how to add this as a custom trigger? Many thanks in advance! Rachael

hi im trying to create a journal entry into my quickbooks through zap. the difficulty im finding is that there is only one debit section and one credit section. my journal entry will have one debit entry and multiple credit entries.(needless to say the debit side will equal the total on the credit side). But the problem im facing is that there is no provision for adding up multiple credit entries. can someone help me on the same?

Renaming a FILE in Google Drive (after it is uploaded to Google Drive)

Here are my steps:a new FILE is uploaded to a FOLDER in Google Drive this action triggers a Zap to SEARCH for that new FILE (in a FOLDER) and then MOVE that FILE to another FOLDER prior to moving that FILE to another FOLDER, I want to RENAME the FILE my FILE is a pdf……… Thanks for the help/ GML

Client + coach schedule matching using Zapier AI

Hi,We are trying to build a scheduling tool using Zapier AI and Google Sheets. This does not need to be fully automated, we just want to AI to give us the best pairing suggestions.  There are two aspects that we need to match clients and coaches on: (1) personality characteristics and (2) availability. I currently have the clients’ availability and personality characteristics in one spreadsheet, and our coaches’ availability and personality in another spreadsheet. The trigger needs to be the client’s availability landing onto the client spreadsheet, since that will automatically happen when a client enrolls in the program (and because one coach takes multiple clients). There are two things I am confused by: (1) what is the best intermediary step to be able to pull the coaches’ spreadsheet information in? I’ve tried both the Google Sheets action: return multiple spreadsheet rows and the Google Drive action: Find a file. The Google Sheets action wants to match rows based on exact informa

How do I invite members to all future instances of a recurring event in Google Calendar with Zapier?

I have set up a zap that takes the email from my membership list in google sheets and invites them to a reoccurring member event in google calendar. Using the “find event” zap, It finds the event I need to invite them to, and then proceeds to send the invite using the “Send Add Attendee/s to Event” zap.However, the member is only invited to the next instance of the reoccurring event, not to any future ones. How do I ensure the Zap invites the member to all future instances of the reoccurring event?

Hi,I’m trying to create an automation that populates the fields in a Google sheets when a Jira issue is updated to a certain status.It generally works fine with most of the fields. However, I have trouble getting it to populate specifically the fields that are chosen in a drop down menu in Jira (custom fields), the summary, and the description.The other custom fields that are just an URL or text are populated in Google Sheets exactly as it should.Has anyone experienced anything similar and can you help me resolve this issue?Thank you!

Alexa to ClickUp Zap Issue: Task creation voice command not working

This is the previous thread which was closed:Apologies for getting back here so late. I have had a family member repeatedly in the hospital, and also we are recovering from Covid (we’re fine now). So SamB asked me to run a test, which I did, and thought I posted back, but must have gotten interrupted by all that’s going on here.  In the meantime, the thread was closed.   Based on Sam’s post, I decided to simply delete all previous zaps in case they were creating a ghost in the machine.  Which they were.  So deleting them helped that.  Here’s where we are now:What I want this to do is send a task to a Clickup default list by Alexa voice command. Alexa will open zapier. I say the trigger phrase (Create a task in Clickup).  It says the follow up phrase -“Task name?”  I say, “Feed the Dog.”  Alexa says “oops, I ran into a problem.  Please try again later.”  When I say “the task is feed the dog, it says “Sorry, I don’t understand.”The task will send to the proper list in Clickup when testin

New Calendly version - no cancellation reason and more

It seems that Calendly recently updated their Zapier app. With the old one, I used the fields ‘Old Event Canceled’ (Boolean), ‘Old Event Canceler Name’, and ‘Old Event Cancel Reason’.With the new one, I can just barely find a workaround for ‘old event cancelled’: The field ‘Old Invitee URI’ is empty for original events, but has a URL for rescheduled events.I find no workaround for finding the cancellation reason, which is important information. Does anybody have a clue for how to get this information with the new version? Or some workaround?

Create google from spreadsheet, where each row is a different page in a single document

HiI have a google doc sheet, in which managment fills out the form EACH week from a GSheet. I want a zap in which each week, create 1 document (attached) that collects the data from the SS and inputs it into the googledoc In my SS, i have a column for Route #, Miles, Start Date, End Date. For the most part, each row should be a different sheet in the same googledoc (50 rows=50 pages in docs). I’d like the zap to pull information from the Gsheet and plug it into the associated space in the docs. AGain, 1 doc/week.  Further, i’d like to filter only the routes that are active (this is a separate column), but noting that the #s of sheets would be different week-week based on the “active” rows Last, there are rarely 2 kids on the same route #. This is 2 different rows where everything is copied beside the child’s first/last name. Can the zap add a feature that if there is more than 1 row with duplicated info in column B (route#), then it would put info for row 1=student 1 and row 2=student
