Hi everyone,

I’m trying to add a new contact to my contact list in Outlook when I add a new client in an Excel sheet. Thing is, my email is an IMAP one. The Webmail is Roundcube, 

I already have the Excel part figured out, it’s the “link it to an external email account” that I don’t have. 

 

Could you please lend me a hand in this ?

In Zapier, set up a trigger using New Row in Excel, making sure your Excel file is stored in OneDrive so Zapier can access it.

Next, add the Create Contact in Microsoft Outlook action to automatically create the contact with the details from the new row.

Even though your email is IMAP with Roundcube, this doesn’t affect contact creation, since Zapier connects directly to your Outlook account for managing contacts.
