Hey @Simone Pardini,

This workflow can be made with Zapier and it will look something like this.

  • Updated Deal Pipedrive Trigger
  • Find Notes Asana action, if it’s not already there in the data.
  • Asana Create Task action

Here are the links for Pipedrive and Asana Zapier actions and triggers-

https://zapier.com/apps/pipedrive/integrations

https://zapier.com/apps/asana/integrations

Hope it helps!

Hi @Simone Pardini

Try these Zap steps:

  1. Trigger: Pipedrive - Updated Deal Stage
  2. Action: Pipedrive - Find Notes
    1. Search by Deal ID
  3. Action: Formatter > Utilities > Line Items to Text
    1. Used to format the data from an array of items into a text string
    2. Help: https://zapier.com/apps/formatter/help
  4. Action: Asana - Create Task
    1. Map the output from Zap step 3 to the Description field

How did you get on with those suggestions from Sparsh and Troy? Were you able to get the desired workflow between Asana and Pipedrive setup?
