How do I Find a Zendesk ticket that's linked to a Jira issue?

I’m working on a Zap to update a Zendesk ticket when a Jira issue gets updated.My main goal is to update the status of existing Zendesk tickets that are linked to the Jira Issue. This link is the way the source Jira<>Zendesk integration associates a ticket with an issue.The Zap requires that I inform a ticket number, and since the “zendesk ticket number” custom field from Jira doesn’t come up on the list, I’m trying to use the “find ticket” step.I couldn’t find any options that pull this ‘original’ association to the zap, is there one?I tried to lookup using a Zendesk custom field that replicates the exact text from Jira Key, but the search didn’t work:

How do I extract specific data from sales emails using Zapier email parsing or ChatGPT's structured data Zap?

Would anyone be able to quickly help me to the right path with my frustrating email parsing journey (spent days on this)?I have unsuccessfully tried out both Zapier's email parser and mailparser as well. I would need to extract the following data from my sales emails: "Customer first name, last name, email and product name".I have now tried the "Extract Structured Data in ChatGPT" zap with supposedly the Named Variables method and even managed to get the data correctly from the email, but only as a one output block named "History Message".What have I done wrong at this point? Assign different tags in Mailchimp when buying through Payhip

Does anyone know how I can use Zapier to assign different tags to people in Mailchimp, according to what product they buy?The only Sale option when creating a Zap through Payhip doesn’t allow you to specify which product they’ve bought. So currently, all my buyers get tagged with the same tag. As I’ve set up automations according to the products bought, this isn’t helpful, If they buy product A, I want them tagged with Tag A and if they buy product B, I want them tagged with Tag B etc.I can’t find a workaround (short of tagging them manually after purchase), so wondered if anyone else had a solution to this.Many thanks.

Best process for checking permissions of all Zaps

Dear community, I should review all Zaps and steps where there might be too much shared - more than necessary. Do you have a recommendation how I could achieve this? I assume that there is no official export / interface from Zapier? Specifically, I wonder how I can address:Is there an overview of all Zaps and who they are shared with? Is there an overview of all Zaps in an organisation that is not visible to me (I don’t have an admin account but could ask our admin to do it for me)? Assume I have been invited to a Zap where a private connection is used. Then, I cannot see who this step is shared with - could the admin see that?Many thanks!

Hello everyone, I'm just starting out on Zapier and I'm already aiming for my first automation. My context is simple. I have a notion database, I want that as soon as I create a new topic, my prompt generates the answer to this topic and then fills my notion database automatically. I've got everything set up, but when it comes to setting up chat gpt in my notion database, I don't know what to put. Hi all, can you please tell me how I can create reminders for meetings created in Microsoft Outlook 365 that will be sent automatically to all participants of that meeting? Ie, I will create an event (which are often repeated events) and then I would like it set up so that 2 days prior each person who is invited to that meeting gets sent a reminder. Is this possible please. Thank you

Trigger Zap when a specific field is updated in Zoho CRM

It seems the events available for Zoho CRM are very basic. I want to trigger a zap when the deal stage is changed to a specific value in Zoho CRM. Creating a custom field for this is not a viable workaround. Is this even possible?

How do I set up a Zap to send user-uploaded files from WordPress to their respective Google Drive folders?

Hello I am attempting to complete a multi step Zap for my word press site,When a New User Registers on my Site a Google Drive Folder is Created within a Parent Folder, the newly created folder shares the same name as the Username of the New User, Then any file that the user uploads will be sent to their corresponding folder in google drive. The site I am building is for a recording studio that intends to mix and master audio online and needs a way for users who registers and then purchase services to be able to upload files to their corresponding folder.I managed to create the Zap for the creation of the folder, but I cannot figure out how to send user uploaded files to their respective folders.These files will be in .Wav, .mp3 .aiff or ZIP files also and may be large as well if that makes any difference.

automatically copy events from one Google Calendar to iCal I’m trying to create a Zapier shortcut that automatically finds bookings in one of my shared Google calendars (for work) and automatically adds them to my personal apple (iCal) calendar. I just don’t know if or how to have the shortcut “fetch” new information every time something is added so I don’t have to do it manually.Is the integration between Google to iCal possible?

Is there any way to transfer a zap to another Starter account?

I want to copy some Zaps from my to a colleague’s Starter account, so we do NOT have to manually re-create the Zap.Is there a way to automate some of this, or is it an entirely manual process?I know “Share a Zap with members of your Zapier account” and “Can I transfer my zaps from one account to another” only applies to Team and Company accounts, but I’m hoping for something less painful.

How to automate adding Apollo leads to a specific Pipedrive pipeline & deal stage with Zapier?

Hi there. New to automation and setting up workflows so incredibly rusty.  I am sourcing leads on Apollo for outreach. I want to select leads in apollo, then add them to a list (i segment my lists based on various criteria, for various purposes) - I then want zapier to pull these contacts that have been added to a certain list, through to pipedrive and added to a specific pipeline & deal stage.  I imagine there may be some other steps i need to work with, although this is my first automation and realise that this may not work but I cant fathom why zapier isnt giving the option upton selecting a ‘filter’ step, to select ‘list name’ then ‘text value’, ‘must have’. So, i want to include a key word in my list name that matches a pipeline name in pipedrive, then have zapier send the contacts right on through, creating deals, contacts and companies in pipedrive with all relevant info. More to come. How do I create a daily Slack reminder for missing tagged docs in Google Drive?

I’m trying to create a Zap that is able to send a message reminder everyday in Slack when a Document is missing from a Google Drive Folder. Specifically, it must check the contents of a Google Drive Folder, identify if a document with an specific tag (f.e. “01” in “01 - Contract”) is missing, if it is, then send a message to the Slack channel that belongs to the Google Drive Folder where it checked if it was there. This is to automate a reminder in case my clients have not uploaded to the shared drive folder the necessary documents to proceed with a service (like permits, contracts, other documents of urgency).

How do I recover the Zapier account with the wrong email and regain access to existing automation?

I'm new to Zapier and when I created my account, I put the wrong email address without realizing. My actual email has a .center domain and by accident, I typed .center.com. I forgot my password and now I'm locked out because this email address doesn't actually exist, and I can't access my existing automations!Is there anyway I can get in touch with someone from Zapier directly to help out? Thanks!

How can I catch an API response from a Zap in a different platform

Hi, I have a chatbot workflow on a different platform that allows users to log in with the credentials saved on a Google Sheets. It works like this; user gives the necessary information (email and password in this case), and chatbot executes an API section that used to check if the information that user typed exist in the Google Sheets. But I'm having some troubles here, the API part pretty much works; it sends the data to Zap, the zap checks if a row exists that matches the given data, and according to case the Zap sets “Zap Search Was Found Status” variable true or false. The problem is, I fail to catch the “Zap Search Was Found Status” variable on the chatbot workflow. I have my API part like this:Chatbot Workflow API SectionThe “Capture Response” part doesn’t captures the response. I guess the “Zap Search Was Found Status” variable doesn't counts as a response. But I don’t know how to capture a response from a Zap. I might need to add a Zap action that sends a response, but I don’t

This creates a Task in HubSpot, however, there are no contacts associate to the tasks. How can I ensure that my Tasks in HubSpot have a Contact associated? How to convert Square Pickup orders to shipment automatically with Zapier?

Hello Zapier Community,I am currently taking self-serve orders through a Square 3rd party app called Kioskbuddy. The orders can only be placed as PICKUP fulfillment type. I can create a Zap Square to Square that creates an entirely new SHIPMENT fulfillment type order with the given parameters from the first PICKUP order, but then I’m left with 2 orders. Ideally I’d be able to just update the order automatically with the fulfillment type changing from PICKUP to SHIPMENT and use data received in the original PICKUP order to include in the shipping address field. Again I have figured out how to create an entirely new SHIPMENT order automatically from the original PICKUP order, but can not figure out how to just update the existing order automatically. Any help is much appreciated!Kind Regards,Collin

Hello, I am trying to make an automation that initiates when a Google Form is completed. This Zap should automatically convert the form responses into a CSV file. Following this, a new ChatGPT-4 thread should be generated, where this CSV file is uploaded along with a specific prompt for analysis.  Subsequently, I would like the analysis provided by ChatGPT-4 to be either emailed directly to me or, preferably, inserted into a Google Document. This document should be formatted according to a predefined template which ChatGPT-4 can refer to for structuring the response appropriately.I really don't know if it is possible... any help would be appreciated!
