How do I automate tasks in Apollo.io for email interactions from Constant Contact via Zapier?

I’m wanting to utilize my lead-gen platform Apollo.io to follow up on clients that open/click on emails that I send from Constant Contact. Apollo creates tasks for my agents to follow-up. I’d like to automate a task for any time a client clicks or opens and email. There is no internal connection, so we need to go through Zapier.

I have had trouble creating Zaps to get these two apps to talk. Does anyone have experience here? Am I even able to accomplish this on a free plan?

Further, if I am able to do this, is there a way for the Zap to be automated for every email going forward, or does this mean I would have to create a new Zap for every email?
