Our entire company uses Calendly from the sales team to the customer relations team to the accounting team, etc… Because of this, when the integration is active, tons of unwanted contacts are being imported into Hubspot (including private contacts like when our CEO has investor meetings, etc). We only want certain contacts from a specific sales Calendly event to be created in Hubspot. Is that possible with Zapier? The filters do not seem to prevent this, and I can’t seem to find a good solution.
Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
