If I wanted to I could get like 600 people in a day to fill out a application. Zap sends individual email to watch video and book a calendar event. Problem is zap limits the monthly zaps and I do not want to pay tons of money to have unlimited zaps. Right now it is firing every time someone applies. Is there a way to have Zapier trigger an event where 2 times a day it somehow compares a list of new applicants to old list and just takes those names and sends one email to all of them to "bcc". This would significantly reduce the amount of zaps Someone who claims to be a pro said it wasn't possible but I believe it is.
Hello! I have created a zap with the following: Trigger - New Spreadsheet Row Delay Step Send Email Lookup spreadsheet row Update spreadsheet rowThen, I transfer existing data to the zap. When that happens, the delay happens for the entire set of data (ie. I transferred 50 rows of emails) and it delays all 50 emails for 2 minutes all at once and then sends all 50 emails all at once. I was trying to send the 50 emails with 1-2 minutes of delay in between each.Am I missing a step or have created an error? Or is this an expected behavior?
I’m working for a non-profit legal aid organization. We have a goal to automate the billing process.As most of the law firms use Clio for managing their business, I want to know if Zapier can be used to integrate the law firm’s Clio (Billing) to my client’s MS Dynamics 365 system. Currently the law firm has to manually enter billing information into my clients Dynamics 365 portal.So the trigger is a new bill at the law firm which would automatically update Dynamics 365.If this would require some development, it would help to get some idea of how much that would cost. I’m hoping someone with Clio + Zapier + Dynamics 365 experience could advise on this or on how I would go about doing this.Thanks!
Hi, I am running a long Zap loop using GPT for journalist requests (HARO). The idea is we get emails with maybe 100 requests, and use Zapier to feed each request through GPT to filter its suitability. It’s a great use of Zapier and GPT but the problem is we hit the rate limit for ChatGPT (10,000 tokens per minute) very quickly. We’re using GPT3.5 Turbo for the first input, then GPT4 for a small subset of requests that pass the filter. I’m looking for any advice on how to manage this rate limit. Since it’s a time-based rate limit, what is the best way to space out the request loop? I considered turning on Autoreplay, but that would also have to work on some delay. I’m going to work on the prompt to reduce the token inputs as well. Any other solutions are welcome!
How do I set up a Zap to automatically update an Excel file on OneDrive from the Brevo campaign's corrected data?
Hey community!Im completely new to this app. I created a zap where when a campaign in Brevo get's sent it should push the data to an excell file on my one-drive, during the test this works fine. However when I just send a test campaign to see if it works it didnt. Also Im wondering will the data stay updated if clicks and views increase or does the zap only trigger once?Im looking for a way to keep this excell file updated with the latest data instead of needing to do this manually.You guys got any tips on the right settings etc?Best regards,Sebastiaan Mathas
Hello all, I am trying to create some automation that uses items raised via Salesforce Ideas. Unfortunately I recently learnt that IdeaComment has a bug and cannot be used, but something else I want to achieve is proving quite difficult, I wanted to see if any of the community users had achieved it or had any suggestions.When an idea is raised, I want to create a Zap when ideas of a certain status are a year old to Slack, to notify our team. It seems simple but I am struggling with a good way to do it, delaying the Zap seems somewhat risky given its a year!All suggestions welcomed, I am stumped. Kind regards, Joe

I’m trying to get ClickSend to send an SMS based on if a VIP user within Fresh Service submits a ticket out of Fresh Services business hours however it doesn’t seem that Zapier has that much functoriality when it comes to the Fresh Service integration I was wondering if anyone had a cleaver way or if they knew this was possible or not? Hello, I updated my google form that is attached to the google sheet that sends out a slack message to slack daily. I’m trying to update the slack message incorporating the new columns added to slack but I do not see them all populated in zapier. Is there somehing I can do to have it show up?
Hello,I’ve a question and problem. I created successfully two Zapiers (message on Discord channel when I send new post on Facebook and message on Discord channel when I send new post on Instagram). Now when I added two posts (one on Instagram and one on Facebook) I have two Discord messages with role mentions. It’s possible to merge this so when I add two posts I have one Discord message with posts links?
I just need to know if this is possible. In Zendesk i have a custom field called process date. I have created a zap which searches for a ticket where the date has passed and adds a tag.This only does it for one ticket though how do I loop through every ticket that has a date in the past?
I’m attempting to setup a notification from our Zoho Projects to a Discord channel.Intended: When a new bug is added to any project, within projects, fire a custom message to a discord channel.Issue: When using the zoho projects > new bug > Trigger, it connects to the account, but then asks which project should be the trigger, and provides a dropdown of all projects in our account. I would like to use a custom value to select all of these, including any in load more. Does anyone know if this is possible?I dont want to set one up for each one, and I want new channels created in projects to auto populate and run this zap too.

We run a Kartra website for our small law firm. We have people sign up for consults on our website. We operate the case management out of Clio. But Clio and Kartra do not sync natively. Right now we have a google integration to sync the Kartra calendar from Kartra to Clio, but google doesnt get anything from the Kartra form but name and email. We would like to have it include all form data. I figured Zapier might be the solution but so far it doesnt seem to give me any options but making a calendar entry with data I enter once in Zapier. We really need it to scrape the calendar data and bring that info over. Is there a way to do this? Thanks in advance.
We are currently developing a zap that moves 1 row of data approx 55 data cells from excel to google sheets twice per day - am I correct in thinking that this will be 110 tasks per day or is it just 2 task as it will only be 2 updated rows? Hey everyone! I set up a Zap to send me an email whenever a new task is created in an Asana board I’m part of. On this board the admins drop a bunch of assignments at once during a two-hour window. The Zap notifies me about the drop so I don’t have to camp in Asana for two hours and I can get new assignments before they are all gone. It’s awesome! EXCEPT -- each day the admins create multiple tasks, one per assignment. I end up with 15 emails when I only want one.How do I get a zap to trigger only once, instead of sending 15? It’s killing my “number of tasks per month!”

I have a tool that automates the social medias parts, but I can’t find how to finish the wordpress part. I want to create a media file into Wordpress, but to do so I need to have in entry the file. Hi, we have a private contact form which mortgage advisers can submit information. This info needs to go to several people. I use web hooks to gather the data and compile an email to be sent via gmail. All good.Here’s the odd bit, the list of recipients occasionally changes. So, I have created a list of recipients in a google sheet, which can be accessed and modified by the admin staff. When the form is submitted, I need the zap to send the info to the email addresses listed on the sheet. Is this possible?
I need to transfer specific custom questions I have on my Wix lead from to a jobber request form. The two forms have identical questions and are in the same line up. I can get the trigger from wix to work, find/create a client on jobber, and also get it to create the jobber request form. The form is missing all the custom field information. Looking for some guidance on getting the custom question information to transfer over to the jobber request form. I’m missing a zap step or something, I’ve tried researching but I’m struggling to find the info I need. Thank you!
Our desired Zap:1. An unauthorized user posts in a channel.2. An ephemeral message is sent to the user. Context: We have a slack channel which is only used for product updates. However, many users ask support questions in this channel and we want to direct them to the correct support channel. I’ve made a zap where when an unauthorized user posts a message to the channel an automated bot sends a message with the correct channel to go to. However, the bot message is sent to the whole channel and we’d like it to be sent as an ephemeral message that only the user who posted the message can see. I don’t see an action for sending an ephemeral message to the user and did not know if it was possible in a workaround. I know posting ephemeral messages is possible using Slack’s API but is there a way to incorporate this into Zapier?
